    Overall Experience:

    They said they wanted to reach out to me in regards to this issue in a private message but when I responded, this is the worthless email I got back:

    We are truly sorry about this delay and any inconveniences it may have caused you. There's a bit of a delay at our production team but we are looking forward to having all delayed orders shipped as soon as possible. You will be notified once the tracking number becomes available...

    Never said a thing about my gum damage. Never said why my dental team will not respond. Just this generic garbage.

    I don't need excuses.

    I NEED WHAT I PAID FOR.

    I TOOK BACK A STAR NOW, THEY ONLY GET 1.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    Big promises, little results

    When I started the aligners they didn't fit very well, but being new to me, I didn't realize this wasn't normal. The directions say change them before bed when it's time to change your aligners, so I did that and during the night they rubbed on my gums and caused a receding gum line on a front tooth. That can never be fixed and will probably cause me more problems in the future. I was told this process would be 7 months. When we realized that the aligners were off they sent me another set of aligners and tacked on an additional seven months. Now the aligners have gotten off again they say it will be 6 weeks before I can get my new aligners AGAIN. They say they haven't responded to my emails within 48 hours like they're supposed to because they have a higher volume of email right now. I would imagine other people are having problems too and that's why. That's why they're so far behind on answering emails or sending aligners in a decent amount of time...I'm really considering asking for my money back. They made promises, I got no results. I probably should have asked for my money back by now but for some reason I still have hope.
