Intermittent fasting is great and I recommend it to everyone. Well at least to try. Out of all the diets I tried so far, this is the only one that doesn’t make me constantly think I’m on a diet. Technically that’s not even a diet actually. Anyway, I considered a lot, whether I should get an app or not, because I thought I can just set up a timer and fast without spending any additional money, BUT I’m really glad I did it and here’s why. At first, I was fasting for 16 hours per day and then eating whatever I want. But since I started following meal recommendations they give I saw that I’m losing twice as much weight than I did without the plan. So if you want fast results - I recommend giving it a try.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
