I have one Dotson that's 13 and one that's 11 months. I've tried Nuvets vitamins and they wouldn't eat them. This powder is easy to apply to their food. The pup has lots of energy naturally and the senior has a shinning coat. I've reduced the amount by half recently because I noticed that the pup's stool is firm to loose. The container says 1 scoop which is equal to 1 tsp for a dog up to 30lbs. They are about 18 lbs. And I was giving them 1/2 tsp twice daily. Now I'm giving them 1/4 tsp twice daily on food and I add water.
