Our Cane Corso is a rescue. We’ve had him for 6 years. He was two when we found him. He was used as a fighting dog and was put into a high kill shelter due to his temperament. When we first met him he was 113 pounds and was just skin and bones. He came out baring his teeth without growling. The comment made was; "He’s never done that!" Turns out that he and I hit it off and it was him smiling.

Fast forward through basic trading from us, then professional training, he became my wife’s protector. At 170 pounds, he takes his job seriously. Early this year we made a move out of state and was having a tough time acquiring a home that would allow our boy. For 5 months our parents took care of him. Their love for him was shown by increasing is food. Also adding table scraps. They brought Kekoa (our dog) to visit us and we were shocked at his weight gain. He also was moving slower and visibly in pain. He weighed in at 200 pounds. Thus the search for something that would help his pain level. Then we found Nutra Thrive. At first glance, it’s pricy and we went looking for other options. Long story short, we purchased a 6-month supply. Our parents have been consistently giving Kekoa his daily dose of Nutra Thrive. He has been on this product for 4 weeks and we had not seen him during this time. We arrived at our parents' home and he ran to us! He ran to us! Yes, I wrote that twice. He’s gone from stepping as if each step was on glass. Now bouncing to great us, yes, we are ecstatic! Now we are able to take him home with us and keep him moving and begin dropping the weight. We will keep him on Nutra Thrive and watch Kekoa continue his progress in health. We are grateful for the progress we see thus far.
