I have been doing my sessions every week and I have been feeling a lot more confident in my decisions.
My therapist has helped me get back on my feet through the hardest moments recently and having his support makes the steps that I take a lot easier and I know I am heading in the right direction.
It's not about having your problems solved but it's about understanding what is better for you and people around you and how to go about it.
