    Overall Experience:

    After ruining my teeth they are offering me 40% of my purchase back, pending I sign some sort of agreement that I don't tell people how terrible they are online or pursue further action to receive compensation. This service DOES NOT work for everyone, if you are worried that it can't straighten your teeth, don't even try to contact them.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    Absolutely horrible customer service

    After their service gave me a crossbite and a chipped front tooth, they admitted that they were never able to properly correct my teeth and should not have offered me the service at all. Now it's been over two months during which I've tried to get a refund from them to no avail. Their accounts managers are rude and demand information that they already clearly have. I don't think I'm likely to get fully refunded and probably need to spend $1000s more on dental work than if I just had not used their service/had not been lied to.
