BetterHelp is good online counseling. Rates are extremely low. Basically, I am getting therapy for $50 per week. Regular rates for a therapist around here are $350 per hour and up.
And, this is not just text only. This is like a Skype call...where you see and hear your therapist.
So, it goes far beyond the limitations of a text-only interaction.
And, I get a full hour of this video conferencing per week.
So, really, it is just like regular therapy.
Everyone is licensed, it is all very professional.
My therapist is simply excellent.
Really, I could not ask for anything more.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
