The young lady who checked me in and escorted me to the 3D scan was so nice. She asked if I had a referral code because I could save money. When I advised no she gave me time to reach out to someone I knew who used SmileDirect to get a referral code and I saved money. She could have just let me pay full price so that was a nice plus. I then sat in the room and the rep Stef was also such a pleasure. She was informative and made me very comfortable. I would definitely recommend coming to this location. The staff was nice, the staff went above and the office was very clean. The only reason I did not give a full 5 stars is because I was advised the consult would only take 30 minutes and I was there over an hour. It was not a big deal for me because I wasn’t in a rush. Nor was it the employees' fault the system wasn’t scanning properly. Overall I had a pleasurable experience. Once I am a few trays in I will come back and review my experience.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
