Still nothing on my gift card. But I did receive my new aligners. Honestly, just not a good experience overall. Save your money.

I even recommended to my friend and that is when everything went downhill. I was supposed to receive a $100 gift card for recommending my friend about this service. They not only DIDN’T GIVE me the gift card, but they mentioned that they have no record of it at all. Not only that I lost my gift card, they also delayed my new reevaluation aligners for TWO MONTHS! I called the office today and they said that they still DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED SO CANNOT ASSIST ME!
I am so frustrated right now for spending my money at this useless service. It was great at first but after they have your money, it seems like they don't care anymore. So do yourself a favor and find ANOTHER invisible aligner company because SmilkeDirectClub just don't care about your or your teeth, ONLY YOUR MONEY!
