When we decided to look for a new home in South County, I knew that I needed to have someone who knew the area of North County where our current home was. I had seen a number of HomeLight commercials, so I knew I was going to try HomeLight. After reviewing all the agents that were sent to me, I decided on Cheri Peterson. She knew the area and had a large number of sales in the area. Having never sold a home before (the house in Hazelwood was the first home I had ever bought), I was not sure exactly what to expect. Cheri walked me through the process and explained each item to me. She was very throughout and detailed. I relied on her to make sure we signed the appropriate documents. While other issues caused the sale to drag on, we were relieved when the house sale finally was completed. She was always positive and upbeat. She kept us in the loop on all the stages of the sale. She is friendly and personable. I would highly recommend her to anyone I knew was looking to sell or buy a home. She is an excellent person and agent.
