On a plane I first saw your ad. I was totally fascinated by the concept. As soon as I was home I looked it up and thought I should give it a try. I started with just 2 outfits then went on to 3, 4 and now 5. It was one of the best decisions I have made. I love that I can easily pick the style and read the review so I can have a realistic expectation of what I will be getting. I like how suggestions are made and nearly almost every fit is perfect. I love the variety of styles. I love the convenience of just putting it back in a bag and not needing to be careful with how to care for it. Do you know how many expensive and beautiful pieces I have purchased at full retail price to ruin it because I overlooked how to care for it? And I love that the pieces I select to keep are discounted and further discounted when I use my reward points. It feels like Christmas every week, excited to open my next new box. You make the whole process so convenient and so easy. I am very satisfied, exceeding my expectation by far. The only thing I would change is that I wish I could select the exact outfit that I would get next so I can better plan for events. I wish it could be on a list choosing what piece to expect next...although I do admit sometimes the surprise is fun too. You have proven I can count on you to be truly reliable, you can count on me for being a lifelong client!
