I seldom review products, but I love City Lips. It really has made my lips fuller, moister and minimized the fine lines around them. I put it on before my make-up and at night (if I remember). I also put on the area above and below my lip line to minimize the fine lines in the area. I have been using it for two weeks and I really see a difference.
