I would give City Lips a five-star review for moisturizing, however, with my thin lips, I can’t tell if they plump or not! What I can tell you is this...when my husband kisses me, or I kiss him, he says my kisses still make him tingle after 48 years of marriage! And for that reason alone I will continue to buy City Lips and give it a five-star review!
