I was experiencing problems with my FixMeStick. The technician that was assisting me instructed me on multiple ways to overcome the problem. The technician kept in contact with me to continue to resolve the problem. It was very fulfilling to be able to work with such a caring and knowledgeable group of people. When the technician I was working with could not answer my needs, she contacted someone else to get their input. I feel that I was treated with respect. They really value their customers.
