It’s been about 6 weeks and I can say it’s become a part of my daily routine. I have learned a lot, and made some permanent changes, and am also much more accountable to what I eat and how it affects my daily totals, and daily weigh-ins. I still don’t like the idea of weighing myself every day, but it’s becoming less painful! Not just because I have lost a little, but because I know it’s just one day and I can always start over and do my best.
I do love the format and the personal coach. It’s just amazing to have that kind of attention. Also, the group support is fun and reassuring.
Overall, I’d say it’s helped me a lot and I will continue. My daughter just signed up a few days ago! It’s a family thing now...
