I love this app. LOVE IT. I have a very strange mantra of YOU ARE NOT THE BOSS OF ME, and that is why I don’t do well with personal trainers, bosses, etc. This app is on your team and is determined to make you see it. I’ve never logged a meal in my life, now I log every food that I eat, every day. I take my calorie count seriously now, I understand why I talk myself out of things and that skipping the gym WILL hurt and eating a box of doughnuts WILL hurt. I still like to look at doughnuts, but now I understand that I’m eating them for emotional reasons and not because I need all that sugar to survive. Noom’s coaches are so very helpful and encourage you at every step. My group is also very encouraging, and we like to share recipes. I feel like I am finally able to sustain this healthy lifestyle and not feel like it’s a burden. I tell everyone about it, even my therapist!
