I'm in my sixth week of Noom. It has been very educational. I like the pace. This program is for people who want lasting results and gradual weight loss. I have learned a lot about behavior; what triggers me to make poor choices. I'm 12 lbs down and I haven't felt deprived. My only criticism is the one on one check-ins should be more frequent. Especially for the first eight weeks.
