Noom has completely changed the way I view, think, and receive information about the food I eat, the thoughts I have related to health, and the way I perceive my success on this journey. I've identified thought distortions I never even thought consciously about. I solidified my YBP, and it helped break things down to help understand not overwhelm like most fad diets. I like I'm making a lifestyle change not restricting myself. I like being in control of what I can have without banning all the "problem" foods. I've lost 8lbs in 6 weeks, and I feel more confident in myself and in the choices I make.
