I’m still not sure about Noom. I had been using it for about two weeks and got strep throat so fell out of the program, but kept track of my weight still. I’m still lacking self-motivation to get back on track. Due to my job, I struggle with this program and any diet plan actually. No one from Noom has gone in depth for my work lifestyle, which I think would help.
I find the tracking of food part needs some work. I have not been able to add anything that’s not already in their system. I’m not sure if this is a glitch in the app or user error. I’m also finding I’m wanting to enter smaller portions for some items that are not an option.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
