I am on my second go around with Noom, but I went back for a reason! The first time I just was not in the right head space to commit although I did enjoy the program. It's easily doable daily tasks that take minimal time. Each day builds on the last and is easy to follow with the NoomNerds explaining it along the way! I enjoy the meal tracking portion which involves grouping the foods in calorie density rather than the usual protein, carbs, and fats. There are also lots of great tips and advice as well as a personal Goal Specialist and a Group to support you along the way. It is nice to have someone to talk to and bounce ideas off of and get feedback.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
