I find the articles very good. Yesterday I suffered from less than 8 hours sleep, and sure enough, I ate the wrong foods and too much food. I did log my meals but not all the snacking that took place later.
Fortunately, I did not gain.
I was aware of what was happening because of the articles, but it did not stop me. I do, however, think I ate less then I could have had I not been aware of what the cause of my extra hunger was.
I like the information.
