Four weeks in and truly have found this to be a different experience not only with weight loss but overall better health.
Daily, the readings have been light but informative with a nice added benefit of humor. I can truthfully say that I have learned much and find this to be very motivating. Counting calories is new for me but a tool that I can’t help but feel all should have in their box. Getting older, and losing weight isn’t easy but I feel that I’m on the right path and this has been beneficial.
