I am very pleased with the FixMesStick, which I got about 2 or 3 years ago. I can do some things on the computer, taking items off my computer but, when it comes to viruses, I don't know how to take them out. It is nice to have a program that does that all for you. I like the fact that they also, keep well informed about what new viruses might be out there and try and get fixes for them, this is great reassurance that I am in capable hands. I also use it on my husband's computer as he does not do his anti-virus scan regularly as he has a bad memory. So thank you for taking such good care of our computers and keeping up to date on the FixMeStick.
