I bought FixMeStick after seeing it on "The Dragon's Den" TV program, then I had seen some adverts for it, but my wife watches the TSC shopping channel and she shouted me in to see the FixMeStick when it was on the show. It sounded like a very good idea for someone like myself who uses a PC daily but am not very good at fixing them. So I bought one, I have had it and used the stick for two years now. I have a desktop and a laptop and I put it on my grandson's laptop as well. I have used it on all three machines on a regular basis (not quite once a month, that is recommended, but never more than three) and I can safely say it has found issues with each machine, probably every three months for each on average. FixMeStick then cleans the machine and away we go again.
I have not had any problems. Twice I could not get the stick to start but there has been updates and upgrades to the service and it starts very well now, seldom do you have to prompt it and retry anymore. I love it, and more to the point, I trust it. I would recommend the purchase of a FixMeStick to anyone, especially if you are a user but not a computer whiz who can fix them.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
