I'm a skeptic by nature, so I was hesitant to try therapy, flat out, much less BetterHelp.com. I start this review that way to say that as much as I am a skeptic, being open to this experience and finding the right therapist, has been truly helpful. I have gotten out of it what I was looking for. Not in my original assumption of how it would work, but acknowledging what I was looking for, bottom line what I have gotten from BetterHelp, is what I was looking for.
Good pricing compared to weekly live sessions, even with insurance. Once you find the therapist that works for you, highly beneficial, knowledgeable, caring and adaptable to your needs. Also, highly convenient and readily available depending on your needs of contact.
I would highly recommend BetterHelp. Skeptic, a believer in therapy, first timer, multiple user, light help, or at your wit's end. I believe in BetterHelp and its multiple benefits.
