Opendoor will low ball you. I would stay away from them.
I tried Opendoor and it may be an alternative for desperate sellers who want to unload a house quick. From what I can see, they will apply a quick paint job and try and flip the house quickly at your loss.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
