I have been taking Energy Renew for almost a month and I feel alert and have sustained energy throughout the day. No mid-afternoon slump. For me, it works better than coffee. Think I'm immune to caffeine as I don't feel any perking up from it. I drink it more as a comfort beverage and can easily do without it. The flavor of Energy Renew is fruity and tastes fine to me. Looking forward to continuing to use this product.
