I LOVE THIS. I can take a few minutes to make my choices, make my grocery list, accordingly, and be on with my life. This plan has guided my "inner devil" to be wiser on my food choices and has given me meal ideas and options. I have told many about it. I've lost 25lbs. since mid July. Could be more, but that is my fault. While following this plan correctly, I feel great. More energy, clearer mind and better overall mental health.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I love this program, it's the only weight loss program that I've been able to stick with. I don't have cravings, I'm not hungry and as a result I've been able to lose 80 lbs. It came off slowly but I wasn't looking for a quick fix, I've completely changed the way I feel about eating thanks to this program.

Although I think this may well work, there are a lot of questions around the plan. The problem is getting an answer, they have a community sector but no one answers your questions and if you go to the support section they tell you to go to the community sector. So you pay your money, get the basics and then are left with loads of questions around the diet, weights, etc. that no one responds to

I do not have time to set up the menus and plan my nutrition. That's why The Trim Down Club is so great. I am eating a nutritious and balanced diet for the first time in my life! The food is so good, and you get to eat so much. There is NO diet here. I am never hungry. The food is planned out for me, and I am loosing weight and feeling more energetic than ever. My goal was to get healthy and loose weight. That is certainly being accomplished, 20 pounds in a month. And I'm not light headed or hungry EVER.

When you sign up for the Trim Down Club, you think it is a way for you to get great information on how to slim down sensibly, but all it has turned out to be is advertisements for you to buy more of their products, etc. Total scam in my opinion.

I want to be healthy, AND lose weight. The system is easy to follow, so I'm not sure why some have problems. I have a medical background and am very good on the computer, so no problems! It is a great way to eat if you want to feel fantastic and have energy all day long. I am nearing 60 years old and watch my 5 grandchildren daily. They are a lot to keep up with, but I have renewed energy! There is diabetes in my family, and weight issues. Along with heart issues, and I am concerned! I have a new glow to my skin EVEN! The foods are wonderful, but it takes a couple weeks to get all the menu and shopping down. The first week I lost 5 pounds!

I joined the Trim Down Club as it looked as if it would be quite easy to follow and the reviews seemed to indicate that weight would drop off quite easily. There was also a guarantee that since you paid via ClickBank, if you decided that it was not suitable, you would then get a no quibble refund. I thought that I would be able to access this on my smartphone. However, this was far from ideal and as I struggled to view the videos and resources that are sent to you, so I requested a refund. Oh one other thing, if you sign up you thinking it will cost you a certain amount, as you're approaching checkout, you'll learn that you'll be experiencing a ton of up-selling. In the end, I pretty much ended up spending almost £100 on four different products.

When I requested the refund, I was informed that they would refund one of the costs but as a special offer had extended the trial period to 90 days. What don't they get about the fact that I can't use this service and I just want my money back. So I have had to go back to them and request that the refund tickets are re-opened but so far I have not heard anything. I really wouldn't recommend this to anyone. A lot of what they tell you is pretty much common sense anyway. If you eat loads of junk food, you will get fat

I am an RN and I know a thing or two about nutrition. This is balanced and if you spend time setting it up and reading instructions and information, you will develop a whole new way to eat without preservatives and things that cause U.S. medical/dental problems. Come on, there is no fast way, you have to work, food in the right combo all day. I worked up to running about 10 years ago and it was hard but I took off 20 lbs and kept it off. It's hard work, yes, but well worth your time. Stop whining and get to work. By the way, I don't work for them either.

I am 59 and scared, I weigh more than I've ever weighed, and I admit I got sucked in by Trim Down Club's Promises. I paid the initial fee. Then they hit me up, two more times successfully for this and that. On the fourth attempt to dip into my shallow pockets for a very special (krill oil), I put my brakes on and began to get suspicious.

I am a little slower on the uptake than many of you who have posted. On day one I was able to access the site. Then I was distracted by life and before I tried to revisit the site a few weeks had gone by. They never said if I didn't use it I'd lose it. It was sold as a one time fee for a life time membership. I had saved it to my favorites thinking I could go back to it I when I was ready. Every time I try to log in now it tells me they do not have a member with my user ID or password. I have never been scammed. I found this comment section searching to find out how to report a scam. Thank you, it appears that I am not alone.

All I found was this B2c media solutions Ltd. And an address in Israel? My husband says let it go, live and learn. But I am angry. It's dishonest, even cruel to prey women who are desperate to try to lose weight. They should be held accountable, but who can find them? Bunch of slimy weasels. Can anyone provide me with a TDC phone number, address or any advice on how to complain or request my money back?

I want a refund of my money because I cannot understand how this all works. The entering of my weight, etc., is hard to understand how to enter it all. I get an email from Trim Down Club and it takes me to some other person that is trying to sell their ideas. I really want to be taken off this list and a refund of my $47.00 as I have not had a good experience with this at all.

I joined the TDC about four weeks ago. My husband and I are working on losing weight. So far I have lost 5 lbs. We are planning to stick with it. But I will agree with others that it can become expensive. The first week I went grocery shopping I spent $400. That is two weeks worth of regular grocery money. I find that the gluten-free bias is annoying as there is no scientific proof that gluten is bad for a person. About the extras that they push -- no one says you have to buy them. After watching two of these videos I have decided not to bother, as they are just trying to sell me stuff. I asked them if I could get the same results by eating raspberries as using the raspberry stuff they are flogging. Their reply was to go to a forum and see what others think. Not a good answer. They rarely answer questions, but that is all right. I have a good grasp on what a good diet is. The diet plan is not bad. I don't think anyone eats a 100% great diet, no matter what they eat. I do find, though, that the preparation is very time consuming. However, we plan to stick with the diet for another few weeks to see if we can shift some more weight. The bottom line is to try to eat more fruits and vegetables (I have never eaten so much salad in my life) and smaller portions. I realize that we have been overeating by having portions that were too large.
