I was part of a large (10 per side) wedding party. Guys scattered all over the country. Groom chose The Black Tux, and I’m glad he did.

Product shipped on time. Perfect fit. Formal but breathable material despite being 3-piece. I had to have mine altered (I have shorter arms, so suit jacket sleeves had to be shortened), which was as easy as "tailor, take pic of receipt, email said pic, and receive reimbursement (credited to my CC within 48 hours)." Easy unpack/repack. Wicked easy return shipping (we literally dropped the suits off at the hotel concierge and they put them in outgoing FedEx shipping the day after the wedding).

From start to finish, I simply couldn't be more impressed. All 10 guys in the wedding had different body types, and all 10 guys agreed. Keep. It. Up.

I ordered the rental tuxedo last minute. Less than a week before the wedding. Ordering the tuxedo was simple, fast, and self-explanatory. I paid for overnight shipping and it arrived the very next day. The sleeves on the jacket were just a tad too long for my liking, but I could have dealt with it since my flight for the wedding was the very next day. I went ahead and checked into my options and found out that you guys would be fine with getting the sleeves altered, as long as it wasn't a permanent alteration, or you could overnight the exact jacket but with sleeves an inch shorter. I took a chance and chose to order another jacket, and it arrived the next day before my flight and it fit perfect. It couldn't have been more pleased with the ease and convenience of the whole process.

I read about this service online and tried it for a recent formal event. I love the fact that you get your suit two weeks ahead of time! The Black Tux offers good choices I normally can't find in my city; or I could but would have to drive around for hours, trying on suits, and I don't feel like doing that. Now, I rent suits I could normally not afford. I probably wear a suit two times a year. Why spend $1000 once, when I can rent QUALITY up to six times a year for that price. They exchange what I need exchanged, and reimburse me for alterations. I cannot imagine why anyone, whose job it is to NOT wear suits/tux, would not just rent. I have my measurements on file with The Black Tux and I'm looking forward to the next rental.

The service was impeccable. I was surprised to see how quickly the suit came, and how amazing everything looked when I tried it on. The sizing guide was right on point! If you've rented a suit from anywhere else before you know it's almost always not sized correctly, and it looks cheap and unprofessional. You will not have this issue with The Black Tux.

Renting from The Black Tux was a great experience, and I will probably do so in the future for formal events. The home try-on was a key factor for my rental. I was originally going to do this for my wedding coming in September, and I actually referred one of my best friends to use The Black Tux, and I will definitely be using The Black Tux for my wedding! The clothes fit very well. My shoes were on the big side, but I was able to exchange them very conveniently and easily. I would recommend anyone who doesn't have a ton of time to plan on getting a tux for the wedding. Very easy to use as a groom for tracking my friends out of town!

I overall really had a straight-forward and positive experience using The Black Tux, and I will definitely consider them in the future.

They asked for minimal measurements, so it was pretty easy to order the right size.

I received the suit a few weeks before the event and everything fit well except the pants were a bit long and the shoes a bit large, but I quickly notified them and I received some nicely fitting pants and shoes with plenty of time before the event.

After the event was over, I peeled back the shipping label on the box I initially received, and the return label was underneath. I put everything in the box, dropped it off at FedEx, and it was all done.

I ordered a little bit late, but knowing my sizes paired with the awesome, easy to use process on the website, I not only got a great looking tuxedo, but also a stylish fitted cut too, not the baggy long tuxedos that other places carry. I even had an accidental wardrobe malfunction, and they were so helpful on their hotline and email, it made even that process easy. First off, the survey they make newcomers take is very accurate! I had no idea of my size until I took the survey. When my tux came, I was very pleased and excited as to how it fits so perfect! Furthering to my prom, I received many compliments on my tux. It was a great material and looked very appealing. Simple, fast, customer-friendly fitting, ordering and return process. I did a quick update of my sizing from last year, and the tux arrived as promised.

I made a mistake and ordered too small a shirt and a new one arrived within a few days. I had the jacket sleeves altered and submitted a picture of the receipt, and they credited my account within one day.

After prom, I put it all in the box and dropped it off at FedEx.

Great styles that were not available at local tux shops and we still had the ability to individualize the tux. I received the tux within two weeks (if we would have rented locally, we would have received it two days prior). Easy return process. Win, win. I needed a tux for my prom and didn't want to deal with Men's Warehouse again, so I was glad I found The Black Tux. Everything was easy to ship, good quality, and cheaper than Men's Warehouse or any other physical store.

If you have any other option, DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT rent from The Black Tux. I'm still in the middle of a very frustrating situation leading up to my wedding (which is less than ONE WEEK AWAY) due to their incompetent customer service.

My brother received his suit three weeks ago, and it was too large. He went through that online process telling them he wanted a size smaller. Fast forward another week, and the new suit gets here, it is now TWO SIZES TOO BIG. What the heck? My brother has done nothing wrong, and they sent him the wrong size suit. I call customer service, and they confirm it is their mistake and they will fix it. Great! Except that they decide they will only give me free two-day shipping which, due to the Memorial Day holiday, will have the suit arriving the DAY BEFORE THE WEDDING.

This is incredibly stressful. They've already made one huge mistake and what if they make another (which at this point is totally possible given their history) and my brother has no good suit to wear the day of the wedding? I ask for next-day shipping on them. They say they'll charge me $20 for it because "it's coming from another warehouse location and due to the holiday etc. etc." They say that if the suit that arrives on Friday (the day before the wedding) is still the wrong size, they'll give me "priority" next day shipping so the suit will arrive on the morning of the wedding day.

How does this make any sense? Why would you wait to give me next-day shipping at the last minute when you could just give it to me NOW and save your customers the headache and stress? You really think someone planning a big event needs this added on to their stress level? Absolutely incompetent that they were not willing to eat the $20 cost of next-day shipping due to THEIR OWN MISTAKE.

If you have any ability to go with a different suit rental company, DO IT. I would never use these guys again. They made a huge mistake on their end and now want to charge ME to fix it. Completely ridiculous. Do NOT rent from these guys!

The Black Tux was great. The jacket fit great. The pants were a little long, but that's because I'm a little short and in between sizes. I had them hemmed, and they were perfect. It's not the same as getting a made to measure to measure tux, but it's about as close as you can get without paying big money to get a custom tux. Thank you!

I loved the process! It was very easy. All of the customer support reps were friendly and knowledgeable.

I like the fitting feature on the site. This was very helpful to me, as my son has never been fitted for a formal suite before. Evan after we placed our order the fitting department made recommendations on a different pants size they thought we should consider, their recommendation was spot on.

My son loved his tux and had a great time at Prom 2018!
