I wear a suit at least once a week ever since I was seven. But I've never ever felt one as comfortable as the tux I wore for my brother's wedding. I've gotten SO many compliments, saying that it looked like the suit was made specifically for me, and I'm a pretty built person. I wore the tux in Chicago heat and never felt more comfortable or the need to remove the jackets! Now only if these guys can sponsor me and send me a suit to wear weekly, hahaha.

I went to a black tie optional wedding at a castle and wanted to step my game up from the usually suits I rotate through for weddings. I had the home try-on shipped to the east coast where I was living, but the actual tux for the wedding I was in shipped to the west coast, and the customer service reps were super helpful when trying to sort this all out. My partner decided to have a black tie affair for her birthday, and I knew that meant going out to find a tux. After searching around and trying on outfits at a few locations, we happen to be scrolling on Instagram and found an ad. Once I viewed the website I knew I had found the perfect outfit, however, I was a little concerned because my event was about a week away.

Once my order was placed, James reached out to make sure I was ok with the sizes I ordered and ensured me that if it didn't work that they would make it work. When I received my order and tried on the outfit I knew I looked good! Everyone loved my outfit at the event, including my partner.

After my event, all I had to do was put the tux back in the box and take it to FedEx. Super easy and super convenient. I had to rent two tuxedos, one for myself and one for my grandson (5). It was easy to put in all the measurements and place the order. Upon arrival, my jacket was too big. I contacted support and they sent me a different size within a few days. There were no problems with receiving everything and as long as you follow their instructions for return and do it timely, it's easy too.

No one had any problems with the suits, I did take mine to the cleaners for a just a pressing, but it probably would have been fine the way it came. Since everyone was traveling for the wedding, this was an easy way to accommodate everyone.

The tuxedos are great quality, and the sizes are true to size, where little to no change in sizes had to be made to my body. There is also a variety of suits and accessories to choose from and you are able mix-match whichever one likes. Customer service employees were also very helpful and very nice. My first experience with Black Tux was about a year ago for my friend's wedding. I was nervous sending in all of my measurements because I'm kind of a weirdly sized guy. I have always had trouble with formal wear because of that. I took all my measurements and sent them in, and the suit they sent me fit amazingly. No problems whatsoever. Since then, we have used it with three other of our friend's weddings, and I am using Black Tux for my wedding next month. It is easy, simple, and user friendly. They let you track your groomsman to see if they have actually ordered their suits yet. I'm sure I'll be using Black Tux for years to come. 10/10, I would rent again.

Almost everything went well with my rental. It was easy to use the site and order with Tux. My original tuxedo needed some adjustments, and the customer service was great. I received my new tuxedo that fit perfectly within just a couple days. The only complaints I have are that I had my tux pressed which was an additional expense. Also, my first tuxedo came to my apartment on a day of a rainstorm. Whoever delivered it left it in the backyard uncovered and the box got warped and some of the things inside were wet or damp. Since the box was warped. I got a few new things. I had to ship the second order separately since not everything fit in the first box and I had to pay for that. Otherwise, I thought my experience was good. I would use this service again and recommend it.

At our daughter's Quinceañera (Latina coming-of-age celebration for a 15-year-old), we had a few teenage boys as part of the court, including our son, the Quinceañera's twin brother. None of the boys had suits, much less tuxedos, that fit well. At 15 and 16 years of age, these boys will outgrow a suit a week after buying it! All the moms agreed that investing in a suit was a waste of money. The solution was to rent a tux from The Black Tux. The guys looked great! Perfect fit! Very affordable with no spending on a suit that's going to fit them for only a month. The boys looked so handsome! Everything they needed from the shoes to the cufflinks was supplied! I love The Black Tux! Five stars from this mom!

I rented a suit for my friend's wedding through Black Tux. Little did I realize that they have a ridiculous return policy of three days, after which they automatically charge you for the full price of the suit. The wedding was on Saturday, I traveled home on Sunday, and I was working Monday and Tuesday and so didn't have time to return it (you need to physically bring it to a FedEx store). I received an email on Tuesday that said: "we assume you decided to keep the suit, so if we don't hear back from you in 24 hours we will charge you $940 for the suit!" (As if this janky suit was worth anywhere near that much!)

I immediately replied to tell them I did not want to keep the suit I was just a couple of days late on the return. They charged the $940 out of my account anyway and told me that they would refund it (minus a late fee) when they received the suit. It was the end of the month, so I ended up having to borrow money to pay my rent because of this. Even when I emailed them with the FexEx confirmation that the suit had been delivered, it took them more than a week to "process" the refund. They kept more than $100 as a late return fee, almost the price of the whole rental.

I would highly discourage anyone from using this service. Particularly making your groomsmen use this since they will have no idea and could get completely screwed over, as I did.

It's a long process but very much worth the effort. Tux was high quality and a great modern fit. In addition, I paid more for the same setup from Men's Warehouse and not only was the fit and styling atrocious, but I felt like I could still feel the person who wore it before me. Everything about Black Tux felt brand new and could not be more pleased with the fit and style.

Very smooth system. Somehow everything fit without having to hem or send back. Stuff looked good and showed up early enough for comfort. Clothes seemed like high quality. My only knock; it was pretty expensive ($150 or so) to just rent clothes. But that's just the game you play I think. Nowhere is that much cheaper to rent. A major plus, though I choked and didn't return in the "three day return period" and they gifted me a fourth day, so I didn't have to pay anything. Nice guys/gals over there.

My son told me about The Black Tux when I mentioned I was going to my granddaughter's wedding and was going to need a new suit. He said since I had semi-retired, I had not worn a suit except for funerals in 12 years.

About two or three months before the wedding, I got on the internet to The Black Tux, sent my measurements, after talking to the gentleman from where I use to buy suits. When the pants and coat arrived two weeks before the wedding, I tried them on and the pants fit perfect, but the coat was way too big. He said with age, I had lost weight and my frame had gotten smaller.

I reached The Black Tux with the measurements needed for the coat and received it in two days. Their instructions were if the sleeves were too long to take to a tailor and have them re-hem to the right length and I would be reimbursed $15 per hemmed item.

The wedding went off without a hitch, and I put my pants and coat in the return box later and took to FedEx. When I returned home, my wife said you forgot the coat, and I told her they were both in the box. She said the coat they sent first, that did not fit, is right here. I called The Black Tux and talked to a lady by the name of Orule and explained what I had done and she quickly said no problem. She sent me a return FedEx by email and also there would be no charge for being late since it would be over three days before they received it.

I can truthfully say that the suit fit perfect, there were no problems that were not resolved, they did more than they agreed to do, the person that I talked to and emailed were most gracious and I definitely will use The Black Tux again.

The suits were great quality, and the customer service team went above an beyond to make sure each suit fit just right. I'm always scared of figuring out how to send things back, maybe because I don't have that much experience with it, but The Black Tux makes it so easy. All you do is put everything back in the box, close it with the tape they give you, take off the old shipping label to reveal the new one, and drop it off at a local FedEx. It's affordable, you can make minor alterations and get reimbursed, the suits are nice, and The Black Tux is easy to work with. That earns them a 10 in my book.

I needed to rent a suit for my daughter's wedding. She wanted me to wear a slim fit suit instead of the traditional types that I already have. I didn't want to buy a slim fit because I figure it'll be out of style in about a year and I only wear a suit about once a year or less anyway. The groom and groomsmen all rented their suits from The Black Tux so I figured I would too.

I was a little worried about getting it only two weeks before the wedding in case it didn't fit and had to do exchanges, etc. But luckily everything fit great out of the box. I did end up having to get it pressed because wrinkles from being shipped in a box wouldn't fall out after hanging in the closet for a week and a half. I did exchange the original tie I ordered and The Black Tux customer service was great. They sent me the new tie I wanted immediately with a return label, and I received a refund for the old one shortly after sending it back and emailing them a pic of my FedEx receipt.

The person I dealt with was great and followed up with me a number of times. I would highly recommend The Black Tux to anyone needing a suit or tux.

The jacket was not quite the right size due to the numbers I gave them (not their fault), and they sent me a replacement that arrived within two days!
