I've now rented 3 tuxes through The Black Tux for a couple of weddings and a formal dinner and have been really impressed. The tux is high quality, and the customer service has been excellent. Once I had the pants hemmed and once I had the sleeves hemmed, and the reimbursement was super straightforward. I'll definitely be using them again.

I rented a tux, it came super fast. I had an issue with something, and they graciously offered a credit to correct the issue. It definitely was an easy process. You pay a premium, but all the shipping is included and the customer service is impeccable.

I was turned onto The Black Tux for a tuxedo for a wedding. It was a excellent experience, the customer service team was attentive in making sure everything fit correctly to my liking. If something didn't, they gave me options on what I could do. After the wedding, everything was put back in the box, which already had the return label attached and I placed in the mail when we left the hotel.

I can't say enough about this company. I highly recommend anyone to use their services. My tux fit me perfectly for my daughter's wedding. Really awesome tux. Quality was sick. The shoes, pants, shirt, etc. was perfect. The website is set up very nicely too, so you can't really make any mistakes on your sizes. But if so, they are incredibly helpful on the phone as well. I will deal with them again without a doubt.

I used The Black Tux for my wedding and it was far and away one of the best wedding decisions I made. Like many couples, my bride and I were focused on so many other details of our wedding that when it came time to pick out a tuxedo, I was a little overwhelmed and lost. The Black Tux streamlined all of the options and I was able to pick out my style and all accessories within minutes.

Once I received my tux, it turned out the shoes I selected were a size too small and because I didn't try the shoes on immediately (not smart I know!), I had to call the Black Tux less than a week before my wedding to ask for a bigger pair of shoes. They sent me a new pair of shoes in just two days!

Finally, when it came time to send back my tux, the hotel my wife and I were staying in at the time of our wedding, misplaced my tuxedo. It took them a few days to locate the tuxedo, and by the time the hotel located the tux, the day to send back my tuxedo to The Black Tux had come and gone. I called and explained the situation to The Black Tux, and they were willing to change my return date without any additional charges.

Most importantly, I loved the style and fit of my tuxedo, and so did my bride! With weddings, so many issues and problems outside of a couple's control can come up. I cannot thank The Black Tux enough for making this aspect of our wedding such a painless, easy, and successful option!

When the suit arrived, I noticed that the shirt sleeves weren’t long enough to show with the jacket on - but I didn’t really care much. They insisted on sending a new shirt to make the look perfect. I shipped everything back, no problem, and they checked on us throughout the process.

I was very nervous to try, especially less than 2 weeks from my event. I screwed up and ordered 2 sets of cufflinks and 2 pocket squares. I called and the associate was awesome. The website claims that their tuxedos are comparable to $1200 tuxedos on the market, but this could not be farther from the truth. If anything, the tuxedo is worth no more than $200. I am extremely disappointed in the quality and fit, and would never recommend them to anyone. One positive is that the customer service is responsive and will attempt to replace your size, however, they have no ability to improve the quality or tailored fit of the tuxedo.

We planned a destination wedding and had some planning hiccups along the way, we forgot to add an item to the groomsmen attire, the best man backed out, my brother joined on...then forgot to return his suit. It was probably a little more chaos than most suit rentals - but the customer service team at The Black Tux was top of the line. Walked us through everything and really went above and beyond. All of that aside, the suits looked amazing. I will DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone and everyone in the future!
