Great experience all around, removes the issue of needing to see a tailor. The tux style was already pre-selected by the groom. All I needed to do was input my sizes, and I was in motion in under 5 minutes. The pants have tighteners on each side to provide more of a perfect fit.

This service was overwhelming. Extraordinary in their promptness to respond and make every accommodation to make sure the fit was correct and got here on time. In addition, they were just as accommodating for the return process when I could not return the tux according to the schedule. The ease with which the return was accomplished was also outstanding.

I was honestly very skeptical about renting a suit to wear, especially because I knew I wouldn't be able to try it on until the day before the wedding due to a personal situation. The customer service I received off the bat was phenomenal with their size recommendations and their attempt to send the suit overseas for me to try on before the event. The suit fit is extremely well for not having it tailored.

The Black Tux was absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend them for any bride or groom who wants a simple and easy rental process.

At first, one of our primary reasons for choosing them was because they offered the specific shade of blue that we were looking for, but we are so glad we ended up with them! Our five groomsmen all lived in different states and they were all able to just put in their measurements and rent their individual suites based on the complete outfits that were pre-chosen by us!

The prices were also very reasonable to suit varying budgets. We loved that we could see where each of the groomsmen were in the process, whether they had submitted their measurements or paid for their suit as yet so that it was one less thing to focus on during wedding planning.

When my husband received his suit, his pants were a little tighter around the waist than he’d wanted and The Black Tux’s customer service was phenomenal. Their website is so user-friendly, and we were able to get the correct pants in just a few days, plenty of time to spare for the wedding!

The quality of the suits was absolutely fantastic, one of the groomsmen even said he didn’t want to return it because he loved it so much! It was also wonderful that they gave us three days to return the suit after the wedding because some other companies only give one day.

As far as I know, everybody in my wedding party loved their experience with The Black Tux. Everything was super simple, and the customer service was incredible. I know a couple had a sizing issue with one or two items and everything was corrected ASAP with little to no hassle. The wedding went well, and everyone looked great!

Four men in our family at 3 different addresses got their tux from them for my brother's wedding on November 18th in New Orleans (not where I live). The quality was exceptional for a rental, and it included everything I needed, including the socks!. It was easy to return, and my father had to get a larger coat, which they delivered immediately. EXCELLENT. The quality is unparalleled. My jaw dropped when I saw my groom. It can't compare to any other rental place. They are always there to answer questions and are extremely helpful! The quality of the actual clothes was good, on par with any other rental company I've done business with. I needed a tux with 4 days until my event, and they were able to send me out a tux with no problem, which got there 2 days before my event. Perfect fit all the way around, great quality, and the customer service on the phone was super easy.

The best part, returning it was as easy as dropping it off in the same box it arrived in at a local FedEx location 2 blocks from my apartment. I will definitely be using them again. To be honest, I would have bought that tux.

I originally had all of my groomsmen order suits from Combatant Gentleman, but with the wedding a month away I had not heard anything or gotten any suits. So I had to scramble and find what to do, and that’s when The Black Tux came to the rescue. They responded to my tweet to Combatant Gentleman and helped make the wedding a success and helped everyone look great. The suits all came in and fit everyone perfectly. It took something that had turned into a lot of stress into something that was so simple and easy.

From the moment I placed my order, I had nothing but superb customer service. I had had questions about changing some sizes before my order had shipped, getting things altered, I accidentally let my return date lapse (I thought it was a day later than it was), getting a refund on my alterations, what to do with my garment bag after the zipper came off while my suit was still zipped inside, and more, and every rep from The Black Tux I spoke to about these things was extremely helpful and timely and polite, and it really made an impact on my perception of the overall service.

Many of the suits themselves are affordably priced and they look great, and the whole process of receiving the items two weeks before the event so that we can try it on and get replacements if necessary is such a breeze. This is a really tight operation. I will have to purchase my own suit so that I'm not repeatedly spending money to rent stuff, but should I ever need to rent a suit again, The Black Tux will be my first thought. And I will gladly recommend it to anyone I know who needs to rent one. Thanks.
