I've ordered over 10 products from TBdress and love every piece I receive. The prices are very inexpensive, and the quality of the clothing is top notch! Shipping is very fast (received the first package in about two days, normal shipping). Every package comes with a handwritten thank you note and is packaged nicely. I can't wait to make more purchases in the future.

Horrible company. I paid $127 for a dress that was of terrible quality. The dress didn’t look like the photo and was maybe only worth $30. They only refunded me $50. They promised on their refund policy I would be reimbursed for the shipping but was not. It cost me less than $10 to ship the product back to them (with tracking), but they claim it cost them over $30 to ship it to me (non-expedited). I have gone in circles with them, and they have only offered to give me an additional $10 refund. They were extremely uncooperative to get a refund from in the first place, which is terrible considering the card they send with their order discussing the refund policy; making the process appear to be seamless. Complete rip off!

I ordered a formal dress, which to my surprise, arrived within two weeks. The dress was incorrectly sized and my attempts to return it was a nightmare.

The representative I was in contact with through email was Hardy. This person was not speaking very good English, and his responses seemed rehearsed. I was told to return the item using USPS as it would be less expensive for me, which was not true. I returned it using UPS so I could track it and get a signature of the person who received it. They received and signed for the item and are denying they received it.

Run from this company; it's all a scam! Zero stars. They should be reported and out of business. Stay away from TBdress!

I ordered three dresses and was sent an email that one was out of stock. No refund. One came too big, one never showed up. No refund. So I'm out $100.00 and no answers to email or customer service numbers.

I ordered a mother of the bride dress in purple; it arrived in fuchsia. The website described the dress with spaghetti straps; it arrived strapless. Special request to sew the dress to 57 inches; it arrived 61 inches way too long.

I sent nine emails and seven pictures to TBdress as they had requested, but they refused a full refund and free shipping return. They admitted in an email that their description of the dress on their site was incorrect but they only offered me a $20.00 refund on this hideous Tarp they sent me. I can't wear it to my daughter's wedding, which is in eight days. Worst customer service ever.

Don't waste your money on them; you'd do better to burn it. They don't deserve any stars, but I had to enter at least one to post this comment.

I never received my order. I emailed them several times, and each time they start by saying they are sorry and to wait longer. I finally asked for my money back and got PayPal involved a couple of days ago. I am just waiting to see if I get a refund. I will NOT recommend this business to anyone. I ordered several items. Somehow I got charged for three of the exact same dresses and ordered some jewelry. The order took a month to be delivered, and only one of the five items I ordered was included. The size, as someone mentioned before, was not an American size. They told me I could return the two extra dresses at my expense.

The jewelry didn't come until after several emails, and one item was missing. The jewelry is cheaply priced because it is cheap looking. It does not look like the pictures on the website. It is now three months later, and I still have not received my last item. They won't respond to my emails and when they did, in the beginning, were rude.

Unless you don't mind not getting what you ordered and have money to throw away, don't buy from this company. Definitely don't buy something for a prom or wedding from them because their shipping takes forever and you may not get it in time.

After ordering two mother-of-the-bride dresses through this company, I finally received them over a month later...from China. After inspecting both dresses, I noticed there was not ONE tag in either one of them, no size, no company name, no fabric content, no laundering instructions, NOTHING. I asked myself how could a company be permitted to sell merchandise to the public without information of the content attached to the garment?! THAT should've been my first RED FLAG!

After trying both of the items on, the fit for both dresses was COMPLETELY different, both of them being ordered in the same exact size; BINGO! That's why there is no tag inside. My guess is that they sent me whatever they had off the rack, as it was obviously NOT the correct size. Time now being of the essence, I decided there was no time to order another size, so I opted to take the one dress to my local seamstress to have it taken out - MORE MONEY. I then TRIED to contact the company to get information on how to return the second dress for a refund.

After DAYS of getting the runaround, I finally received a response. Read away, it'll make your head and your stomach spin.

Unprofessional to say the least, and please note the "too bad, so sad" attitude throughout the reply. Needless to say, I have spent $270 on two dresses, one of which I am having to spend MORE money to have it altered, and the other which I am being "compensated" a mere $10. I plan on taking this further, as people work hard for their money and it's scams like this which need to STOP! This company hasn't heard the last from this girl.

Lesson learned. Do your homework to make sure you are ordering anything from a reputable company and make sure you are aware of their return policy!

I canceled my order, after I checked my bank statement. After several days, my order still had not shipped, and I was checking to make sure it got paid. I paid with PayPal and authorized a charge of $124.07 for my full purchase. It came through to my bank account (while pending) at $124.07. When it cleared my bank account, $125.31 had been charged. So they ADDED and charged me MORE AFTER I checked out. When I canceled, they only sent me a refund for the $124.07. Sure, it's "only" an extra $1.24, but if they do that to everyone? That's still stealing/theft! It would have been totally different if they messaged me and notified me first that, "hey, there's going to be an extra charge of this much, because of these reasons." I will never purchase anything through this site again!

My friend ordered a prom dress and so did I. We both received ours yesterday, and it looks absolutely stunning. I'm so happy with the fit and the color of the dress. The quality is very comfortable as well. I highly recommend buying prom dresses from this store! The prices are very affordable as well! Thank you TBdress for making my experience great! Cheers!

Beware of the TBdress company! They will make it as difficult as possible to return what you order even if it is the completely wrong color. We ordered a grape-colored dress and a bright PINK one arrived. We paid to have the pink dress returned, but they would not accept it in China for all the reasons you could possibly imagine. We are still trying to get our $149.99 refunded!
