I spoke with an agent before I purchased 3 dresses. I asked them if I could get the full refund and they said yes.
After receiving them and trying them on, I decided they weren't suitable, so I started to contact customer service for a refund. Then they tell me they have to deduct a shipping fee for when they first shipped it out. Then a day later they tell me on top of the shipping fee they will only refund 45% of total. Are you kidding me?
The refund policy on their website says FULL REFUND. After all these deductions I'm only getting 1/3 back of what I paid and that is almost $250. I tried talking to customer service, i spoke to 6 different people. They just argue back and don't seem to understand what I'm asking.
I checked the product page and description page, and asked the agents BEFORE buying the product about the refund policy for the items. They said I would be able to return them for a FULL REFUND. They never mentioned so many fees. If I would have known this, I wouldn't have even bought anything from this website in the first place.
They lied and omitted the facts about how they really run this operation. Now they are refusing to refund my money. I double checked the product page and the actual refund page multiple times. There is nothing mentioned about products being handmade or the amount of the refund you would be getting on the refund policy for the product.
IT'S SUCH A SCAM. I asked for a manager and they said there was no manager in and then said there was a manager there. I am ANGRY and FRUSTRATED at being lied to. I mean what kind of service is this?
I wish I knew how shady this website was before I bought their product. I am so disappointed. I will never ever shop there again. I believe I am a pretty nice person with lots of patience but every agent is telling me different things, then going back and forth with me without answering my actual questions.
It really made me want to curse and scream at the same time. I mean I just want some answers. I don't understand how they can still be in business. I mean I tried their products a few years ago and never had this problem until now. I really felt like they scammed me on this. I am still trying to contact a managers and it's been 3 days and still can't seem to resolve this problem.
UPDATE: I have been asking to speak to a manager for a week. Every response is "he is not in the office". What kind of manager is not at work all week. Proof that they LIE. Even worse, my "specialist customer service rep" Nancy called me and started arguing with me. I told her I want to speak to a manager, she said "he is not in the office". I told her I knew she was lying, the agent I spoke with the night before said he would be in the office. Nancy realized she had been caught so she said he couldn't speak English. I asked what language and she said Chinese. I told her good because I can speak Chinese just fine. And literally what happens next is just UNBELIEVABLE. I heard her say "UGH" then the line went silent and she HUNG UP on me.
Seriously what the hell kind of customer service people do they hire? They deliberately SCAM people and refuse to let them talk with a manager, even when asked to on a daily basis. She had the nerve to hang up and I tried sending emails to customer service. They were all left unanswered. I realized I'll never get my money back from these lying scammers.
Advice to anyone out there, STAY AWAY from this place. The "cheap" prices are just a ploy to get you to spend your money, and if something is wrong you get shafted and no money back.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
