The basics and tutorials were helpful because I am a total beginner.
I am behind in my workouts but I like the fact that I’m not competing - just getting better, stronger, more balanced. And I can continue at my own pace. Like the fact that my DVDs serve as backup while I charge my iPhone.
The few meals I made are easy to make, quick, and appetizing. The snacks are also simple.
Kat stresses hydration. And the FB Community is nonjudgmental and supportive.

Anyone can do these tap exercise and follow the program
The dance workouts sometimes go too fast for me and I can’t slow the speed
Confusion with finding the complete recipes with details re preparation, and pics can be made smaller so it doesn’t take two pages to print
I wouldn’t mind paying $10 extra for the complete recipe in paperback form
