Absolutely love it!

I have been doing TAPfit now for about 6 months and have loved it from the beginning, it is my favorite time of the week! The equipment is comfortable and easy to use and the routines are fun, energetic, and get your hearts pumping.

I’ve had the most incredible experience with TAPfit! So much fun and makes you feel amazing afterwards. Very lucky to have had Ash as my instructor who is unlike anyone else! So energetic and loving towards all of her team. Very lucky to have taken part in this.

Absolutely buzzing for TAPfit

It oozes positivity and is so so much fun!

Scam! Do not buy!

I ordered mine weeks ago and still don’t have my stuff. Customer service doesn’t help and the Facebook Admin won’t approve my request.

Also, I signed up for the Platinum and I don’t have access to anything, just the basic classes. The other classes are not available to view.

I have emailed numerous times and the service is horrible. I am calling my bank for a chargeback on Monday because it is such a scam.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Fiona here from TAPfit.

Unfortunately, we expected unprecedented delays to our supply chain as a result of COVID-19. We first experienced a delay in January but had no reason to believe our shipment would be delayed entering the US however the situation unfolded quickly. Our staff has been working extremely hard to get our orders out however there’s only so much we can do when there is a global pandemic and a lack of available staff in key areas of the supply chain. Your shipping delay was a result of COVID-19 delays, and not a result of usual business. Our shipments are usually despatched within 3 days and we pride ourselves on having such amazing warehouse staff.

If you have a look at the menu to the left of your screen, you will have an extra tab called 'Platinum Extras'. This is where your Platinum extra resources live. I can see on your account that you have been able to access the Platinum videos and consume many of our premium videos and workouts. Because of our shipping delays, we provided all of our TAPfit members with our new program MOVEnBURN which allowed anyone with an equipment delay to access a platinum 8-week program with no-equipment so they could start their weight-loss journey instantly. I can see on your customer profile that you were sent this on the 12th of March.

I can see in your account that your order has been shipped with FedEx. I am so proud of our staff who have worked tirelessly to continue serving our customers during this unprecedented disruption. There are many businesses around the world who are suffering and we feel privileged to be able to serve our customers during this time and to provide a bit of joy during a time of so much uncertainty.

TAPfit is working wonders for me. I have 3 kids so I don’t have much time to go to the gym, loving the home workouts. I have fibromyalgia therefore super grateful to have a low impact program that I can take part in. Assisting my slimming world journey greatly!

TAPfit is soooooo great!

I have been doing the TAPfit program now for months now and I have no complaints. The whole set-up is easy to use and the tap attachments fit well on my running shoes. The videos are fun and easy to follow. Since starting with TAPfit I have lost 9kg and have kept it off. I have recommended the TAPfit program to all my family and friends. TAPfit is well worth it!

Super fun and easy to do

I absolutely love TAPFit! My granddaughter comes over and dances with me and we just love it! It's easy on my joints, I've had a hip replacement but this is low-impact and great since I'm 63 and want something fun and easy to keep moving. Making the sound with the taps is a lot of fun too, I've always wanted to tap since I was a child so this is perfect - they go through easy tap steps and break all the steps down. So great! Thank you for creating TAPFit ladies!

Possible scam

I ordered the premium kit and was sent an email with a username/password. The username/password didn’t work. I emailed them 5 times to say it didn’t work and got one auto-reply saying they’d look into it. This is a Thursday and I accounted for the time change to Australia and they have not responded to me. I’m really worried that I just got scammed.

After seeing this review, I logged on to the Online Studio to change your password for you and tried to match up your review with your customer profile with us.

The customer in our system who matches your name has already accessed the site four times and also been able to change their profile picture. This customer also communicated with Jess in our customer service and she assisted them with their password and access to the site within a few hours of their order.

The Platinum system attached to this order was successfully delivered within 2 weeks of the order being placed.

I will be in contact with Highya regarding the above, as what is presented in this review does not match the experience shown in our system.

Online lessons

I haven't received my order yet but I went online to preview the lessons. All I could access was the long, boring intro. Hope this isn't indicative of future problems. Also, why is there no customer service phone number?

If you scroll down on the same page as the introduction video, you will see all of our online lessons. There are 6 weeks of videos there for you on the same page as well as bonus videos. In our introduction video, we like to go over the best ways to use our Online studio, how to access your bonus videos, how to correctly put on your taps and the best ways to structure your workouts every week. Fun dance workouts, I love it

I bought TAPFit in January and have really enjoyed it. The ladies who lead the workouts are so sweet and I love their accents. I did buy the extra DVDs but I haven't used them yet, I log onto the online portal that they have and I stream the workouts through my computer. The workouts are very easy to follow, they also break all the steps down if you want to go slower and the workouts are tap-based and low impact. The DVDs are more fat burning with more intensity. I want to focus on tap and low impact though so I do everything online, and followed their 6-week program. And I love the slip-on taps, making the noise is just so much fun! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I had to wait a day for my login details to be emailed to me before I could begin. Other than that, I have really enjoyed the program.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
