In February, I ordered TAPfit because I thought it would be a lot of fun to do. My order didn't arrive until late March while I was in lockdown. When I received the product I was disappointed for several reasons. There was supposed to be DVDs, which because I don't have great internet, was important. What I got was rubbers with taps and a wrinkled paper with some web addresses. I requested a return number and got it. Yes, I knew there would be restocking and I would lose $30 for restocking or whatever, but I returned them at my expense - insured and tracked. They tracking indicated they were received, but no refund. So I went through PayPal - dispute denied, then I went to my credit card company - again refund denied. Don't know what they are telling the banks, but they got the return!

Don't order from these CROOKS. If they say you can return it they give you a return slip and you agree to pay the restocking THEY DON'T MEAN IT. I am now out $74.00 refund and $18.00 for shipping to return the item. The email to me said they would credit me.

The email said:

"We just want to let you know that our warehouse already received your returned package. Also, a refund of $74 was already submitted.

You should receive an email from us regarding the refund.

If you need anything else, please let us know. :)

Don't expect good service from them! I never got my refund even though they said it was processed!

I’m loving my TAPfit program...it’s so much fun doing it because I feel like a kid again. It’s like working out with a friend...it’s really a lot of fun.

The moves are easy enough to follow and I’m enjoying the step by step tutorials.

I am another customer who purchased this product in mid-April and never received it. Many emails stating that my order is being processed and I will be receiving a tracking number in 2 days...never happened! Have contacted customer service 3 or 4 times and my response is always the same - "your order is being processed and you will receive tracking number in 2 days." Must be the famous response they give everyone.

It would be better if they were just honest and say that they can't process my order now and give me the option of waiting or being refunded!

I ordered my kit for over $200 on April 14th. I received an email on the 21st stating that the COVID-19 was causing a delay in my shipment. It stated that I was now a VIP and my merchandise would ship in two days and I’d get a tracking number. I sent an email the first week of May letting them know that I never received a tracking number. I got an email two days later with an apology and that they would get back to me with details as soon as possible. Another week passed, and I emailed again. A few days later, I received the same email I received on the 21st about being a VIP and that my package would ship in a few days and I’d get the tracking number. After several emails, I have received no response. So I turned to Facebook where I saw the ad. I decided to start reporting the company because I’m not receiving the merchandise. I made comments about my experience and they blocked and removed the comments and made it so that one can only share. That was a big guilty admission because they know this is a scam. I decided to get a refund and I’m currently waiting to see if I get a response. I doubt I will. The refund policy is 30 days from the purchase date, but I never even received the merchandise within 30 days. It hasn’t even shipped within 30 days. During this COVID-19 time, it is sad to see a company take advantage of people. The ladies look so happy and post on Facebook while customers receive nothing. I was asked to be patient because of the delay, but they don’t care enough about the customers who were kind enough to be understanding.

TAPfit is a very enjoyable fun tap dance fitness. The fee beats are awesome. Loved the different styles that they used, it suits everyone’s taste in music. I particularly like the Latin and the Broadway! You certainly will come out smiling after this class. They do both low and high impact, so you can choose what you want to do. The teachers are excellent.

I would thoroughly recommend you give it try. You will not be disappointed.

I first started taking TAPfit classes at the dance school I attend in July 2016. At the time I was still relatively new to fitness and hadn't ever done any dancing. With TAPfit this doesn't matter as it is suitable for everyone of all ages and abilities. TAPfit gives you a total body workout and is so fun it doesn't feel like a boring workout.

Sadly my classes finished but I still do TAPfit using the online portal and routines I remember and I can't see me stopping any time soon.

TAPfit has been an amazing fitness find for me. I’m not keen on most exercise but with TAPfit you forget that it’s about keeping fit because it is more about having fun.

The instructions are so easy to follow and I love the drama of the tap attachments and the dance floor.

Couldn’t recommend more.

I am in week 2 of my TAPfit workouts and boy oh boy, I have to say I am really really loving this. I’m in my 60s but finding I’m keeping up a treat. Love the new DVDs - they arrived yesterday. Thank you so much.

Looking forward to my new dances this week. Especially stuck inside...this has been a wonderful surprise.

I’ve always found it so hard to stay motivated to work out but for once I actually look forward to it! I have been loving TAPfit and can already see results after only two weeks. I feel stronger, leaner, and have more energy throughout the day.

I do TAPfit classes with Ash, and it brightens my week. They are fun, fast, and I really feel like I have worked hard. I really enjoy them and would miss them if ever I had to stop, and it keeps my fitness levels up.

TAPfit is just a wonderful easy exercise. I cannot dance but doing this, I'm having too much fun to care whilst still having the chance to get fit. Absolutely wonderful setup which is suitable for everyone.
