I've only tried this product for a month and it's decreased the number of vitamins (pills) I have to swallow every day and energy feels good. People tell me I am looking well these days too - so, so far so good, ordered for another month, and if it can get me through these tough winters here I won't try anything else!

I have been taking Synbiotic for almost 3 months, and I am very pleased with my results.

After learning about Synbiotic 365 online I decided to give it a try and ordered a 3-month supply. My prescription level omeprazole wasn't keeping my acid reflux under control, and I was back and forth between constipation and diarrhea on a constant basis. The combination of B vitamins, prebiotics, and probiotics, began to help all areas after about a month of taking one each day. I have been able to reduce my intake of omeprazole by half (however completely getting off of it still left me with some acid reflux), my bowel movements are comfortable and a good consistency, I have more energy, and even my nails look healthier. I have now renewed my order!

I have taken Synbiotic 365 six days a week for almost a month and I am 88 years old. My problem is that I am very lethargic, focus and clarity has decreased and have no energy. In addition, my fingernails started to break off all the way down to the flesh. While I still have bowel movements, they are I am still taking putrid and I am very blotted. I am still taking Synbiotic 365 and I am hoping that this is a phase that will pass.
