I’m 2 months into taking this probiotic. What I have experienced quickly is better sleep. I have not had any changes in my intestinal tract which is what I hope it helps. I’ve always had problems with constipation issues. But I reordered for 3 more months. I think it takes time.

This product is worth a 5-STAR rating, but here's the issue I found: I purchased this probiotic to help me recover from a very bad SIBO infection and to help repair my leaky gut that I am certain I still have. I had some bloodwork done and my doc was concerned that my Vit B level was very high. Not knowing why, I compared my other supplements and found Synbiotic 365 has a lot of Vit B in various forms, which when taken with my women's 55 and over Alive Daily Vitamin, is pushing my levels too high. What I am doing now is taking Synbiotic 365 one day and my daily Vit the next day, alternating. I would prefer to take the Synbiotic EVERY day but then I don't get the benefits of my daily vitamin.

My story is one of pain, not being able to eat and vomiting every morning, so many ER trips, the doctors would not listen when I mentioned leaky gut syndrome. My boyfriend and I started using Synbiotic 365 on February 10, 2020. My boyfriend did not notice any changes with him. It worked better for me for about two weeks, I was feeling better. But then it stopped working, period. We both followed directions, we both took the Synbiotic 365 at the same time, for the same amount of time. So, I do know that it does not worked on everyone, I'm okay with that, but it made no difference in our lives and spending $200 for something that didn't work, hurts!

I will hopefully have a more enthusiastic review after my second month of taking Synbiotic 365, but so far after about 25 days I do feel like my system is working towards greater balance. My energy level has consistently improved and for some reason I am not as inclined to overeat at meals. So far so good and looking forward to greater results in the coming weeks!
