Orders paid with no deliveries

I placed some orders of sandals from StyleWe and also a dress since May 27, 2018, totaling $188.10. I am still waiting! When I emailed them, they told me that they were sorry and they will send it express mail! I waited a while, no deliveries! I emailed them again and this time they said that they were sorry and they will refund me 5% from purchase, and they will send them express mail. I do not believe them! It looks like it is a SCAM!

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Terrible returns

I bought 8 dresses for my wife for Christmas. She liked 5 of them and decided to return 3 of them. That’s when the nightmare began. They offered to give me a credit for not returning the dresses. I didn’t want a credit, just wanted to get my money back. The dresses cost $80+ to ship to China. I followed up with StyleWe with tracking number and picture of the package (as requested). After checking multiple times on the status of the package and being told that packages sent to China take a long time to arrive, the package finally arrived back at my door! Their very terrible customer service offered me 30% back on the returned items and told me to keep the dresses (which we do not want). They also said they couldn’t reimburse me for the shipping costs. It’s not enough money to expend any more energy on this, but I don’t recommend buying from this company. The dresses we kept were nice, but not worth the hassle.

Awful

I placed an order and purchased rush delivery from my phone expecting to get it 3-5 business days from order date. So, 4 days after placing my order I receive an email stating, "your order is being processed and will take 3-5 days." Then shipping will take another 3-5 days. I went to cancel my order because I needed the dresses before they would even be processed, they said they are charging me a 15% cancellation fee. TOTAL BS. How could you charge me $32 in chipping for RUSH then not process the purchase 4 days later, then tell me it will take 3-5 more days to process?

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Don't touch this company with a barge-pole

I ordered a dress from StyleWe on May 28th. I have repeatedly sent emails enquiring as to when it will arrive and the response is always the same "can u wait a few more days" (they actually write the letter "u" instead of "you"). They then sent an email stating that "as my shoes were on hot sale they did not have enough stock, can u wait a few more days." At this point, I realized this company is a scam, I haven't ordered shoes, it's a dress!

The money has been taken from my account and I doubt I will ever see the dress. I checked the reviews beforehand on Trust Pilot, and all seemed well, however, I am now thinking the reviews were probably fake. Their emails are always the same, they are probably automated, and I doubt employees Max, Gabby, and Zoe even exist. As I need the dress for an event this weekend, I have had to order an outfit elsewhere. I ordered this on Saturday, and it arrived this morning. Now that's what I call customer service.

No refund

The dress arrived and was too big. I sent it back weeks ago and asked for a refund, but nothing has come back. I sent it back to the Manchester address that was on the parcel. When I tried to email StyleWe, I kept failing.

Purchases (except swimwear and final sale) can be returned/exchanged within 30 days from the delivered date.

There is a "Return/Exchange" option in the specific item. You need click it to submit the return/exchange request and will get authorization from us by email with return resolution.

Horrible experience - do not order

I ordered four dresses. One took four weeks to arrive and was junk. Two were never received, and StyleWe could not provide tracking info. One dress is still "processing," and I'm trying to cancel it. I can't reach anyone at the company. I wish I had checked their reviews with BBB before ordering.

I am still waiting for my refund two months after return. It took over one month to receive items, nothing fit, poor quality; returned precisely as instructed and still awaiting a refund. Do NOT buy from StyleWe!

Please be aware, even when dress is damaged, YOU have to pay return shipping

Guys,

I purchased a dress which looked nice on the website photo. The dress obviously looks far from what the image says it would look like. Furthermore, the dress arrived turn, upon asking for a return label, StyleWe refused to send a return label and asked us to ship it back, pay shipping and duties. This is absurd!

I am dealing with PayPal and my credit card bank to get this resolved.

Let me say it again, DO NOT buy on StyleWe!

Best customer service

The clothes are described perfectly; you got what you paid. So no regret at all about the quality.

If you're like me who craves for good customer service more than anything, I really love StyleWe. They always answer me nicely, even though I asked a lot about the details of the product I ordered to make sure that I'm handled well. You know how it feels to not able to touch/see the clothes directly, so a good customer service is really helpful and makes my mind easy. So I salute the StyleWe's team.

The quality and colors of the actual dress were terrible and not what was apparent in the photos. In addition, the customer service was slow and very difficult regarding a return request.

This shop saved me from my event. I was looking for a dress a month ago for a party, and I only found the dress I want from this shop. Honestly speaking, I want to buy everything from this shop but I am on saving mode. Maybe next time? But the quality of the dress is totally good. And shipping time is very fast. Scam! The dress never arrived and "customer service" tells me to check with neighbors.

I ordered a dress and got no help on the status of delivery. They say delivered, but it was not. I called the shipper who gave me a USPS tracking number but said the item has not been delivered or released to the USPS. Now I enter the tracking number, and it's invalid.

I have filed a formal complaint. DO NOT order this cheap crap.

The quality of their product is what I love the most

I found a perfect dress online. I used to hesitate ordering online for I had already a fair share of poor quality products, but when I learned about StyleWe from a friend who shops here frequently, I checked their profile and browse and checkout.

When I receive a message that my parcel is on its way to me I’m excited because I really long for that kind of print, and when I open it, it sure is exactly like on their website! The fabric is amazing and light and perfect for summer, and it fits just right on my body! True to size! I can pair it to anything; boots, sandals, sneakers, you name it. I just love how the quality of this dress compared to the ones I buy to the mall. I’ve been using it for more than I can remember, and my friends always compliment it and how it goes to everything in my closet!

I highly recommend this shop, and their customer service can always assist you if you are having a problem with sizes and returns and tracking your parcel. They respond on time and are willing to help you.

Taking forever

I ordered four dresses weeks ago and have yet to receive anything. Nothing. My card was charged. Nada. Nothing. Will they be shipped? Why does it take so long? No Amazon, that is for sure.

Why you should research before you purchase!

Wow, what terrible customer relations at StyleWe. I will NEVER purchase another item from their website. TERRIBLE! The sweater order cost around $40.00 and their return location is in China, which will cost be approximately $23.00 to return. Plus the size was much too small to be a considered a Medium and the fabric has a horrible odor. Don't buy from this website!

Do not buy anything

Free shipping, yes. Then I received an invoice that I was charged to my Amex without my permission for duties and taxes. They also do not provide free returns; it cost me over $30 to return the cheap material items back to them, so buyer beware. SCAM.

Also, when you call them, they don't call back. I called numerous times. When I originally placed my order, I didn't realize my email was put in wrong. So I never received emails from them saying it was coming late. Now I no longer needed the items because it came late and I need to pay for the returns back to them. They don't call back and just emailed me in an email that they don't do prepaid labels. Just call me so I can explain everything.

Scam

Stay away! If you want to wait forever for cheaply made ugly fashions to come from halfway around the world, then buy something from them. And don't get fooled by your package arriving from the USA. If you want to return it, it has to go back to China at a cost of much more than the item. BBB is trying to deal with them. Save yourself time and money. I wish I had been warned.

Best quality and many products

Bridesmaid dresses

I always order with StyleWe. Over the last five months, I've ordered from the shop, and it has helped me tremendously with my wedding preparations. Their wide range of choices made it easier for my small entourage to choose the type of dress that they want at a fraction of a cost. However, a few of the dresses I ordered came in the wrong size. I panicked a little, called their customer service, and they were nice enough to accommodate my concern. However, although the return process was seemingly fast, it was really expensive. I did not push through with the item return and had some of my bridesmaids buy from a local thrift store instead. Nonetheless, I would still recommend this shop given the selection number and the fast delivery.

Scammers

They send you wrong size and you pay to ship it back. Never ever buy from them.

People be aware, there are a few other low-cost companies from China that have good clothing, Shein for example.

Awful experience!

I placed two orders on April 24th totaling almost $500 combined. Where to begin...

I paid for Express shipping, and on the one order for four items that I have received so far (today is May 10th), I did not get Express shipping. One of the items was wrong, I emailed about the delay in processing and was not provided with any answers, I received two emails that the items had been shipped, but when I went to the tracking and entered the code, it said that my order could not be found.

Of the dresses I received, the sizes are way off. The XXL (which should be a 14) looks like maybe an 8 and I don't think it will fit my daughter who I bought it for a special occasion, which came and went long before I received the item.

I emailed and asked for the express shipping charges to be refunded and have gotten no response. I have no idea if or when I will receive the other items I ordered, and since everything is shipped in smaller shipments, it's hard to keep track of what I have and what is still coming.

This has been an extremely frustrating experience.

Of those who have had a bad experience, my stuff hasn't even shipped yet but they will keep a "15%" refund fee. There's no phone number on the site to speak with someone. Just email, and it's clear English is not their first language. I have been in touch with my credit card company. If anything, I should get a 15% extra refund for the hassle they delivered. Because hassle is the only thing they have delivered to me thus far.
