I ordered a sweater from StyleWe. It was too big, so I wanted to send it back. Their printed policy indicates that you have 30 days to return your item - just follow their easy instructions!
Well, I got the instructions. You, the customer, are responsible to pay for shipping the item back to GUANGZHOU, CHINA + custom's fees. (Note that the item was shipped to me from the U.S.). They tell you that this international return cost will be so substantial and take so long that instead, you might want to take a 15% cash refund or 20% off towards another item that you might want to purchase from them in the future. So, I'd get $15 back from the $100 item I purchased? NO THANKS!
Be suspicious of the 4 and 5 star reviews about this company. I believe they must be fake. Who would give such positive reviews to a company with a return policy like this?
