Partially, it's my fault, because I did not read the return policy and didn't know where the product is delivered from. I just fall in love with the picture. I ordered shoes, and spent the time to pick the size and to compare the European size with US size.
I waited for the package for about a month and was very excited when I opened the package. It looks exactly like in the picture. But when I took it into my hand, I realized that the quality doesn't match the price I paid for this. It looks fine from the distance, but at a closer look, it's much cheaper. But that's OK, I thought, nobody is going to bend down to see what it's made of.
But it shocked me when I realized that these shoes are at least two sizes smaller. When I contacted the site about returning policy, then I realized that I won't be able to return it, because I have to pay a lot of money to mail it to China. Well, they offered me a 15% refund, that is $8, while it cost me $70+ with delivery. This is not the first time I got into the same trouble, only with another website.
Do yourself a favor, before you order online, check the distributor and the return policy. If it says that you have to contact the office to return the purchase, close the browser and never ever open this website again.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
