All the three dresses I bought are poorly made. Its finish is really bad! Uneven seams and hems. Loose threads and looped stitches. After the very first wash, it's a real piece of trash. Not worth my money!

It was one of the few stores I found that accepts multiple payment methods including PayPal. I love the variety of clothes and shoes, not to mention the price is worth it. This is my favorite online store.

A friend ordered some items for me for my birthday. They went with the size they know I am, but when the items arrived the sizes were all over the map. The medium size blouse had sleeves so tight I could only get them on up to my elbow. The material on all the items is cheap, yet the prices are on par with upscale department stores. When we went to return them, we discovered that they would have to be shipped to China and the cost for shipping was about half the price of the merchandise. If you’re going to have an online order store - where items can’t be tried on prior to buying - you have to have a reasonable return policy.

Avoid this business or risk wasting your money.

I ordered my dresses on February 5, 2018 and didn't receive them until the third week in March. The dresses were not as attractive as they appeared in the pictures. I am now trying to return them. I am told I am responsible for any return costs for shipping and any customs fees. I am also told that international return may result in substantial return cost for me, and they are offering me a 15% cash refund or a 20% store credit instead of returning the items. 15% of the money spent on the dresses and this seems fair to them? Think twice about ordering from them.

I loved the styles of StyleWe, so decided to take a chance and order. An order was made and money was immediately deducted from the bank account. Two months later, StyleWe had no projected delivery date and it was agreed that the order should be canceled.

Three weeks after cancellation, StyleWe claims that a refund has been made, but no funds have been received at the bank where they first deducted my money.

They do correspond in this matter, but only to claim that a refund has been made, although it has not reached my bank.

No problem taking the money, but lots of difficulties refunding the money.

Still waiting...

I just received my order from StyleWe and I'm super happy with my items!

The prices on this website are awesome, and very good quality of the clothe's fabric.

About the shipping time, it arrived very fast (even before of the time that says on the website), so I'm really happy and satisfied. I will buy again here very soon. I recommend it without a doubt!

I placed an order and requested express delivery, but it took them more than three business days to process my request. When I asked to cancel, they said they would have to charge me 15% penalty for canceling my order, and if I wanted to return my item, I would either get a refund and quote: "accept refund in the form of StyleWe store credit, we will apply full amount to your StyleWe account which you can use for future purchase" or "money refund, a 15% cancellation fee will be deducted from orders cancelled after purchase but before shipment. The refund will be credited back to your original payment account within a week."

At time of ordering, there was no notifications of this terms, unless you go directly to the Q&A and read about their policies.

It was my first and last time ordering from them. Do not fall for their scam. They don't care for the customer, all they want is your money!

I would give them no stars if it were possible. I ordered a dress, it came with part of it not sewn in the back, and the zipper was not installed properly. The dress was also too small. I emailed them no less than four times over two months and sent pictures about the issue. When they did respond, they offered me either 30% store credit or 25% money refund. After I pointed out to them that the proposal was ridiculous, they emailed me this:

"Hi Gail Adams,

You can fix the dress with a local tailor, we'd love to offer you 40% store credit or 35% cash refund, hope you can understand and accept it.

Best regards,

Hope"

I used to order from them all the time, and returns and exchanges were easy. I don't know what happened to them. I will NEVER buy from them again. If you do, please be aware of their new way of doing business and getting a VERY small fraction of your money back even if the item is flawed or damaged or does not fit. You have been warned.

The clothes I ordered were in good condition and the materials are also nice. The delivery was relatively fast and as a company, I would pick them again for future shopping. I ordered a dress, which I was skeptical about the size but the fitting was great and some sweatshirts whose quality impressed me.

At the moment this site if one of my favorites to order from! I ordered two dresses. The short dress came first and I was shocked because of the quality and the material is to die for. The long dress came second, and it has all the details from the picture, it's the same exact product I saw online, same color. Super happy about them! Thank you for this! From StyleWe, I bought a Beaded Crew Neck Coat for my sister in December 2017 and got it in the middle of January in India. It was delivered after one month as I opted for normal shipping which took 30 days at least. The product reached on time, before I think the 25th or 27th day to sister's address. And the package was normal, and the product was good quality.

The first order that was never received was three weeks late (needed the dress for an affair). Chat says "Oh it's a Chinese new year and were are busy." Oh really? Cancel my order and send me a refund. I thought I would try them again a few months later. I placed an order on 3/8, and it's 3/23; where is my order? I get on chat and the person says "oh I have no idea of when it will be mailed. Do you want a refund?" NO, I want my order.

This is the worst company ever. Don't ever order them! There is not real live customer service; it's an answering machine. It's a shame, and I still don't have my second order!

I was searching for a beautiful and lightweight dress to wear this spring season. I needed something affordable and high-quality at the same time. Thankfully StyleWe has a huge selection of different dresses for every taste. I picked a floor-length chiffon dress with a vintage floral print.

My beautiful dress arrived in one month, well-packed and in perfect condition. I was worried about the delivery, so I contacted customer service, but they ensured me that my dress will come in time.

I strongly recommend you to check the sizing, before buying the piece you liked. Some of the dresses and other clothes can be a little bit smaller, than your regular measures. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my order and am thinking about my next purchase. Thanks!

Partially, it's my fault, because I did not read the return policy and didn't know where the product is delivered from. I just fall in love with the picture. I ordered shoes, and spent the time to pick the size and to compare the European size with US size.

I waited for the package for about a month and was very excited when I opened the package. It looks exactly like in the picture. But when I took it into my hand, I realized that the quality doesn't match the price I paid for this. It looks fine from the distance, but at a closer look, it's much cheaper. But that's OK, I thought, nobody is going to bend down to see what it's made of.

But it shocked me when I realized that these shoes are at least two sizes smaller. When I contacted the site about returning policy, then I realized that I won't be able to return it, because I have to pay a lot of money to mail it to China. Well, they offered me a 15% refund, that is $8, while it cost me $70+ with delivery. This is not the first time I got into the same trouble, only with another website.

Do yourself a favor, before you order online, check the distributor and the return policy. If it says that you have to contact the office to return the purchase, close the browser and never ever open this website again.

I like the StyleWe online store very much! I ordered clothes from there many times and everything was wonderful every time. This time I ordered a sports two pieces outfit with pants and top. When I received my order, I was very happy. Clothes are very high quality and beautiful. Also, it is very comfortable. I wear it for sports and in everyday life. By the way, I received the package three weeks after the order.

The clothes are ridiculously small. You will never be able to "guess" at what size to order, and you cannot return it because the return center is in China. I just requested a return label, and this is what I was told:

Since International return might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return cost on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue. We would like to offer you 15% cash refund or 20% store credit refund (store credit offer for USD order only ) instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth.

Please don't waste your money.

I ordered from StyleWe many times before, and I can say that I always had a good experience with this site. I like the prices and the diversity of clothes. I find what I want there, and my pocket does not suffer too much. The quality of clothes is very good. The bags are maded from a quality material.

I love the clothing styles on this site but am still waiting for the order I placed 39 days ago. I received one dress about four weeks after ordering. Nothing since. This cannot be a legitimate company. After almost eight weeks of poorly constructed customer service emails trying to explain why my order has not been shipped, I received an email that my item is not in stock. Clearly, they are running a scam. Let's see if they refund my money. To make matters worse, I made this order in mid-February, and now we are two weeks away from my daughter's event. I cannot emphasize enough our anger and disappointment. This is clearly a scam, and now I realize I should have read the hundreds of negative reviews before I fell for the click bait ad online.
