Absolutely wonderful

I received the scan today. And I couldn’t have been more pleased with the customer service! Jordan was a tremendous help with my decision to purchase and go forward to a better smile! The 3D scan was amazing and such a quick process. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Thank you guys so much! Jordan, you’re AWESOME!

The experience was great! Cindy was such a nice person and answered all the questions I had. She made it feel like a caring place. I loved the way I was able to have the 3D scan and see it right there in person. I am ready to feel confident with my smile and I appreciate that they will be there throughout the journey.

Amazing experience!

I've been unhappy with my smile for as long as I can remember and I looked into purchasing veneers because I thought that was the only way to fix my teeth, that is, until a friend recommended the "SmileDirectClub". I made an appt and they got me in the same day and as I walked in, I was greeted by 2 young ladies, "Masia and Carrie", and they were so polite and helpful. Before we discussed what a new smile would do for me, they asked a few questions to get to know me and I was quite surprised how "at home" I felt with their presence. Masia and Carrie made me feel very welcome and I did not feel judged at any time during our talk and 3D scan which was a sign of relief as I was somewhat embarrassed with my smile. I'm excited for my new smile and I'd like to give a special thanks to Masia and Carrie for helping me! I own a painting business so great customer service is a must and I received exceptional service.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Great first impression

I am thrilled to be starting treatment with SmileDirectClub. The whole staff was so welcoming and kind when I arrived for my consultation. My smile guide Olivia did such a great job explaining the whole process. She talked me through every step and was very patient and informative. Being a bit self-conscious, because of my not so perfect smile, the entire staff just really made me feel welcome and at ease. I'm super excited to start this process. Can't wait for the end result!

Some good, some bad.

I am at the end of my aligners and my teeth are definitely straighter. However, I have had two complaints about my top teeth (one not being totally straight and now a small gap between my front teeth). Both times I reached out the "Dental Team" has decided that my results are fine. I am not happy with my top teeth, and SmileDirectClub keeps telling me they are not an aligner issue. If you have any issues, they respond quickly but seem to not solve. I would not recommend this company and wish I went with a different one.

Don’t trust this company if you don’t want to spend your money outdoor. Make sure when you sign anything that they ask you to sign. Let them know if not working for your teeth can you get a refund for quality work? If not work for you, can you get the money back?

If you don’t do that you will have big trouble to get back the money that you paid for.

Please, trust me.

I've had this for my teeth for 5 months already. And my teeth too stay the same. I try to call for them to make a cancellation because it is not working for me. But they don’t care.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Awesome experience!

I had my consultation just yesterday. I was nervous but everyone made the experience enjoyable. I would like to say the entire process was seamless. Check-in was super easy. The team was friendly and professional. My SmileGuide, Bysheba, was just awesome. It was like catching up with a friend. I really don’t know what more I could say. When I walked outside, the whole team was there and they were like a family. It was a very genuine interaction and I feel I made the right choice on my journey to a beautiful smile.

3D scan/initial consultation

The young lady who checked me in and escorted me to the 3D scan was so nice. She asked if I had a referral code because I could save money. When I advised no she gave me time to reach out to someone I knew who used SmileDirect to get a referral code and I saved money. She could have just let me pay full price so that was a nice plus. I then sat in the room and the rep Stef was also such a pleasure. She was informative and made me very comfortable. I would definitely recommend coming to this location. The staff was nice, the staff went above and the office was very clean. The only reason I did not give a full 5 stars is because I was advised the consult would only take 30 minutes and I was there over an hour. It was not a big deal for me because I wasn’t in a rush. Nor was it the employees' fault the system wasn’t scanning properly. Overall I had a pleasurable experience. Once I am a few trays in I will come back and review my experience.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Jay is the BEST!

Yesterday I visited the SmileDirectClub in Harlem, and I say the customer service there is amazing! As soon as you walk in it's like a breath of fresh air, the employees are extremely friendly, and they like to get you started quickly. I did my scanning process with Jay, and she made me feel super comfortable, I felt like I've known her for years. She was very welcoming and nice. She also made me laugh a lot which made my experience very comfortable. She explained everything I needed to know. She gave me a detailed summary about the company. She told me step by step to tell me what I need to do when the aligners get to me. And gave me a more reasonable purpose of why I should perfect my smile. I appreciate her! Jay is a perfect asset in this company, this company will make far as long as Jay is in it!

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Terrible customer service

After finishing my 6-month plan and expressing how I felt about my teeth because they were nowhere near what I was shown on the 3d image, I was re-evaluated and sent another set. I have now finished the second set and once again they look nothing like what I was shown. I reached out to customer service and spoke with an account manager to see about getting some type of money back that I wasted when I could have gone to Invisalign and got it done the right way. She stated that she would send my pictures to the dental team and they would evaluate the pictures and decide how much of a refund I get. The dental team looks at the pictures and basically tells me there is no money-back guarantee after 30 days of receiving the initial aligners (which is not what the account manager stated on the phone, she said if you weren't happy with your smile at the end of the process there was a money-back guarantee). Which how is someone supposed to know whether it's working for them in 30 days? On top of that, there is no communication here. So many people tell me a different thing, if that was the case, I don't understand why the account manage even said they could refund me and had me speak with the dental team in the first place. A huge waste of time and money. Just go get Invisalign so it can be done correctly the first time and under the supervision of your orthodontist.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
