No exaggeration, I’m getting a refund through my credit card. Ordered on Apr 21st and still have not received. Can’t get anyone on the phone. No response to emails I’ve sent. However, you can get someone on the phone if you want to purchase. A joke and a bad business! Do your research! Do not order from BulbHead!

I ordered my bike at the end of April. My credit card shows that they took the money from my credit card on 5/1/2020. I have tried to reach them on the phone listed. I get put on hold stating it will be an 8-minute wait. After 5 minutes, the phone hangs up. I have tried to reach them via email and no response. I guess I will have to complain to my credit card company. Bad service and company.

I ordered my Slim Cycle on 5/2/20. Paid the first payment. Once payment went through I received the success your payment went through notice. To this date, I have not received any confirmation from BulbHead or SlimCycle.com. I have called the number twice for BulbHead and both times the person that answered barely gave me any information. I was told the first time it would take 3-6 weeks. Second time I called that it had been back-ordered. Only because I called! Why does BulbHead or Slim Cycle not contact customers like other companies to advise item's tracking? I understand since we are going through a pandemic there are delays but shouldn't the company acknowledge the order received and approximate delivery date, and also if any delays?

I will never order from BulbHead again. They advertise on national TV and should not. Rating would be zero! But I had to give at least one star!

They claim this bike is for people up to 6'4" in height but this isn't true. I'm 6'1" and I could barely get on this bike. I had no space to pedal and my knees were practically in my chest. Plus, this bike is NOT easy to transform from foldable to upright or recumbent and the seat is terribly uncomfortable. The backrest was digging into my back, very painful. Everything is a lie. I got this bike three days ago and am returning it tomorrow. I didn't like anything about this bike and am so excited to return this junk. Buyer beware. If you are over 5'5" and expect an easy bike to use, don't bother with this mess.

But the only problem I have with it is the pedal is one speed, it won't tighten or loosen to adjust a different speed. I couldn't believe the price but I don't know if it was a bad review or because it was the last one.

I purchased this product and used it for two months.

The pedal fell off because screw on it was stripped.

I can't get any response from them by phone or email.

I would not recommend because this company does not seem to care or back up their product.

I bought a Slim Cycle for my wife for the new year. It developed a noise in the gears less than 2 weeks later. After getting with customer service they replied on Jan 19th that they would send me a replacement part in around 4 to 6 weeks. They also gave me an order to track it. I contacted them after 6 weeks. I was told it was on backorder, I contacted them again on April 2nd and was told it is still on backorder. Now it is April 27th and still no movement on my order. This is beyond any reasonable period to make things right.

Put together pretty fast. It’s an ok bike, the backrest is not very comfortable and wish the screen and pulse handled bars came up higher because you have to come way forward to get your hands on it.

After I had called FedEx they turned it around, and the day they got it back, I got my money back. Just be careful, there is nowhere on that site to do payments.

I ordered my Slim Cycle on an off-brand website for $120, shipping included! Can’t believe how much more some people have paid for it! My brother put it together for me - I’m a 75-year-old female living with a dog - and I keep it in the recumbent position because of a spinal fracture. Although I like using it, I would like to be able to get it out of the living room when not in use. Read through the instructions but couldn’t find how to fold it up. Can anyone help? Thank you.

In going to the website, it does not offer the payments as advertised. And, I tried several times. The infomercial offers 5 payments and nowhere on the order site does it state that. You're ready to order and it shows the full price and process. I may not about to provide credit info before options for payments. This is false advertisement and if not offered anymore, then the infomercial needs to not be wired. It may be a good product, but, for this alone, I do not recommend.
