I love my Simple Fit Board. You don't feel like you are working out. It's fun, and it makes your body feel good.

I received my Simply Fit Board for Christmas.
It is a low impact workout, and my first impression was favorable. It was fun and easy to use, and it doesn't require much space. However, after about a week of use, I developed excruciating back and hip pain. If you have issues with your lower back or hips, this might not be the workout for you.
And while it is a fun, low-impact exercise, I think you would have to add some significant other exercises to get the results you are really looking for.

I was very pleased about how fast the board shipped. I ordered it on a Monday evening, and it was delivered by 4 pm on Thursday.
It's a simple device, I'm a little skeptical about its durability, but I've only had it for a week, so time will tell. I didn't order the mat but used a foam mat that I already had. It seems to work just fine. I wouldn't recommend using it on a carpet that you really like. It will mat the fibers down. A low pile commercial carpet could work well.
It's a simple motion, and rather easy to balance. I can walk and chew gum, but a balance beam would be a challenge for me, so it requires co-ordination somewhere between those two activities. If you feel unstable, keep a chair handy in front of you just in case you need to stabilize yourself.
I like how you naturally seem to tuck in your pelvis when you twist, protecting your lower back. I used it for five minutes and then was working my way up, and wow, I was winded but exhilarated. I felt it most in my abs and thighs. You can do a bit of a squat to engage your glutes.
The DVD is loose in the box so make sure you look for it and don't accidentally throw it out.
All in all, it's compact, easy to do while watching TV and I can see the potential to step up your workout routine as your fitness level increases.
I think this exercise device is fun and can work to build muscle and cardio, providing that you use it regularly. The bonus of this board is that it's convenient to use anywhere and stores behind a chair, or in your suitcase on a business trip. It's very easy to bring out and use during the time you'd normally just be sitting around.
I can't comment on their customer service and if there are issues because I haven't had any so far, but for a speedy delivery and good communication during the ordering process, they get an A+. For the item being exactly as describe, they get an A+. And for the ease of use, they get A+. As far as durability, I can't comment on that yet.

I ordered mine for Christmas from the Simply Fit Board website, and it came on time, with no problems.
I love twisting away while I watch TV. The DVD is way too easy for me. I am not in shape by any means, but I feel like it is over before I am even out of breath. The ab workout on the DVD is the only one worth doing.
Overall, I like it.

What I really like about it is that it's a simple ten-minute workout! And with that ten minutes, it gives me the motivation to do more. And gives me the sense of accomplishment when I finish the ten minutes. I love it. It's a great beginner workout.
Oh and I also have bad knees and it's not any problem because all the twist is in the waist. I highly recommend it. Plus it's great for balance.

I am pretty fit for a 60-year-old woman, as I do half marathons, ski and do weights. I was pleasantly surprised when I started using the board as I got an elevated heart rate and felt the muscles in my legs working. I have just started using it, primarily to watch TV, and think it is a really good addition to my exercise gear and regime.

I tried one out. Basically, it's for those that are the too lazy to work their core. You try it on the carpet, and watch it damage the carpet. Try it on a wood floor, and watch it damage the floor, tile or whatever the finish surface is. Many products come out that attract the lazy, not those willing to actually work out. That's what this is. Lol.

I asked for and received a Simply Fit Board for Christmas. I am 71 years old and "a little" out of shape, so wasn't sure if it would be for me or not. I have had several bad falls in the past few years and thought it might help with my balance.
I simply love my Simply Fit Board. I'm only up to three minutes every other day, having started using it two weeks ago. Today I used three lb weights with my little workout. My tummy has tightened, I've lost most of the "cottage cheese" in my waistline, and my balance is definitely getting better. I like to use it while watching TV.
This is the most wonderful workout for me because it isn't boring and is fun. I really look forward to adding minutes to my routine. Thanks.

I strongly agree that the website needs lots of improvement. For the world of technology, there is no email address to ask questions. I work two jobs, and there is not enough time to call.
My problem is that after five minutes on the board, my ankles are on fire. Is this normal? Who do you ask? Does it end if I keep it up? For all the hype about this product, I am disappointed in the website and lack of foresight in planning for customer questions.
I will say that it's a lot of fun, not sure if it produces the results, as five minutes a day won't give me a good measure.

I purchased my Simply Fit Board at a local store. It comes with a CD that has an instructional section along with several workouts. I recommend you to watch it, as it explains why the board may be "walking" all over the room (it has to do with balance). I love my board and the workouts that come with it. I purchased a small bath rug to put mine on just to keep it from scratching my wood floors.
