After much hesitation, I am trying their complete system. Using it correctly I find whatever hair I have left is very dry brittle and knitted in spots after shower shampoo and conditioning. Not smooth or silky. Why is that, and what can be done about it? It makes me more, not less, concerned about the health of my remaining hair to the point I worry this product is making my situation worse. I am open to a prompt response please.

I was doing great with the shampoo and conditioner for the first two bottles. Then all of a sudden my hair is falling out and breaking off. In the first place, I do not have much hair, and second place, I cannot afford to lose any more hair. Bottom line is, this shampoo and conditioner are absolutely AWFUL and JUNK! I would not give this product a one star, but there is no other choice! JUNK!

I cannot opine as to the effectiveness, as I just started using the product today. Presently I can only comment that the products have a strong fragrance, and I would have preferred low fragrance or fragrance-free.

Extremely easy ordering, really fast shipping. I just started the program. Shampoo lathers well, nice conditioner, also lathers well, hair feels great. I am hoping all goes well and expecting great results and a renewed and reinvigorating head of hair.

As a female in her late 40's, I have tried every product and which's brew. Out 4 thousand dollars for a plasma transplant, I was the percent that does not work. I have a red light bonnet, Rogain two times a day. I use Castrol oil daily. Nothing works!

I bought the system with hopes. It did not stop shedding and stripped my hair color. Now I have a funky color shade.

After much research, I decided to buy the shampoo and conditioner from Shapiro MD. I chose the 4-month supply and then was taken through several attempts to upscale me with other products. I didn't buy any of these products because I knew nothing about them. I personally don't like this particular method of trying to tack on other items at the end of the ordering process. Had I been given information about them on the main product page I might have purchased them. That's the only drawback to this whole process.

I received my products within a few days and really like them so far, but can't say how effective they are yet. My only suggestion is that all of the products be listed on the main page with plenty of information to make an informed decision as to whether to buy or not.

The products didn’t work. I spent over $350 and using every single day for over 6 months exactly like directions and waiting longer than 20 minutes before rinsing. This product did not work, no results after 6 months. Don’t ever buy, you will be disappointed. Stay away.

I purchased a 12-month supply for $199. I've used it religiously for 9 months as directed on the bottles. Every day. Every single day.

I followed the instructions. I left the shampoo in for 7-10 minutes and left the conditioner in for 2-3 minutes.

I took pictures before I started the day after a haircut. I then took another picture 9 months later the day after a haircut. Surprise...NOTHING GOOD.

In fact, you could make the case that I have lost hair.

I am using this shampoo and conditioner for last 6 months and can honestly say that I have good, positive results. Less hair falling and some possible bald spots seem to be covering with hair. Really, it took three months of usage for me to start noticing the results and I referred to my friend. I will be ordering more.

I have been using the shampoo and conditioner for about two months and a half now. I used it every day and keep it 10 minutes before washing. I had more hair on my head, but after using this my hair is falling more and I am almost getting bald now. Don't ever try this; it's waste of money.
