I have been with Scentbird for a little over a year now, and it has had it's highs and lows, however, the lows have been more frequent than the highs.
When I first signed up for Scentbird, I loved it! My fragrances came on time or before the estimated delivery date, they smelled amazing, and the customer service was just outstanding. It would've been perfect if it could've stayed that way. In the last few months, I have had my credit card charged multiple times on accident, fragrances arriving 5-7 days or longer than the delivery date, and worst of all, since there's no phone number to contact them, you have to send an email, which can take up to two weeks for a response. Imagine my surprise after seeing my card was charged three times for the 1-month subscription fee, then having to wait for someone to contact me back via email.
If Scentbird would work on the customer service and the delivery expeditions, then it will do great as a company that offers different scents every month.
Also for men, we should be taken to colognes on your website, not perfumes every time we log in.
