I applied for my mortgage through Rocket simply for the ease of it being online. With everything going on in my life, I really didn't have time to go and meet with anyone at a bank. When I sold my home in Atlanta, the buyers financed their mortgage through Rocket, and everything went really well, so I figured I would give it a shot. I applied online and had my approval within a few minutes. This was such an easy process compared to my first home purchase. Once I found the home and put my offer in, I was able to connect easily with Rocket staff to get my mortgage moving and approved. Since everything was online, I was able to check the progress each day and send messages to check in when I hadn't heard anything. We closed on time, which made everyone very happy.

Rocket Mortgage was the absolute best process. The whole team at Quicken Loans worked hard to ensure that our mortgage was approved and expedited in a quick and efficient manner. Most important, they always had our best financial interests in mind and did not try to push us through quickly at our expense. The best part was never having to leave our house and working on all of the paperwork from home.

I didn't really know what to expect with Rocket Mortgage but the process, from pre-approval to closing on the house, could not have been easier. From the very step, communication with my team was exceptional - all my questions were answered in a very timely manner and each person I interacted with thoroughly explained next steps and who would be in touch with me next and what time frame to expect. There were no hidden fees or amounts drastically different than what was discussed.

My agent, who was initially not thrilled that I was using Quicken, even said she was very impressed with how smoothly this process went and with their responsiveness and sharing of information which made her job easier.

I would highly recommend using Rocket Mortgage to anyone from first-time buyers to the seasoned homeowner.

I had a wonderful experience refinancing my home with Rocket Mortgage. I completed a VA cash-out refi, and everyone I worked with was knowledgeable with this type of loan. Doing everything virtually was very advantageous to me because I could complete and access information and requests at any time. Thank you!

My experience was beyond pleasurable with Rocket. Everything was so nice and smooth and very little documentation was required. Just a few months ago I tried to refi my house locally only to be told that they most likely wouldn’t be able to accomplish it due to the valuation of the house, yet a mere six months later, it was no problem for Rocket!

Very courteous, attentive, encouraging, non-stressful and wonderful experience. We were kept up to date throughout whole entire loan experience and are extremely grateful getting approved for refinancing. All of the representatives that contacted me and my husband both were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, detail oriented and very helpful.

We can say the one thing that was a little unpleasant is when there was a mix-up in scheduling with the correct notary to sign all of our loan documents. We already had a scheduled appointment that day with one notary, but then were notified by two more notaries that we still weren't on the schedule and they wanted to schedule with us. After having to make several phone calls to verify we had an appointment scheduled, we did find out that we did have a scheduled appointment but it wasn't with the notary we had been talking to, but we finally received a phone call from a notary that we actually were finally able to meet with that day.

The notary we met up with was very pleasant, professional, courteous and nice to us. We did receive at least ten phone calls that day ranging from other notaries and representatives wanting to schedule with us all within a four-hour time period. We can say though that out of the whole loan process that was the only thing that was a little unpleasant, but we also realized that you all were just trying to get us taken care of, so we rate our overall experience as a 9 out of 10.

I can't tell you how wowed I was throughout the process with the mortgage team I worked with. The customer service experience was awesome.

I had just had a horrible experience with a mortgage company and canceled my loan with that particular company because it was way too stressful and went with Rocket Mortgage instead. The experience was a night and day difference for me. The team answered me right away and answered all of my questions quickly, kindly, professionally, and thoroughly throughout the entire process. The team explained the process to me and readied me for the next step through each of the stages of the mortgage process. If someone was out of the office, a backup person got back to me right away and knew what they were doing and was familiar with my file and did whatever needed to be done next.

The online process itself was easy to follow and to figure out. The whole process was impressive. Everything at the end went smoothly, and we closed on time. I can't thank you enough!

Everyone representing Quicken Loans did an exceptional job. It was timely, professional, and all the questions I had were promptly answered. The courtesy was genuine and information organized in a very seamless manner.

From the digital signature capability to how the layout for each category was simulated made for an easy read and update.

Generally, the process was OK, although very slow.

At closing, I got hit with a $250 fee for a loan subordination fee when no loan was subordinated. I complained to my rep who didn't fix the issue.

I sent a certified letter with my complaint to Jay Farner, Quicken CEO on 4/12/18. No response yet. If I don't hear back from Farner and get a rebate on this $250, I intend to take legal action against Quicken as well as filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and other regulatory entities.

Very simple and easy to work with. With Quicken Loans I was able to do most everything over the internet and do the closing in the comfort of my home on my chosen date. All around the best home loan experience ever, and I have closed on five home loans before, so I highly recommend Quicken Loans.
