I have had to go through what is usually an agonizing slow repetitive mind-numbing experience of a home mortgage in the past.

I thought I would give Quicken's Rocket Mortgage a try as I was in no hurry and figured if it wasn't as stated, I could go about the long slow agonizing way I have always done in the past.

One phone call to Lisa Pendleton and my loan was pretty much taken care of. She made it easy and painless. My paperwork and total time from call to signing was 30 days! Amazing!

I will definitely be using Quicken again if I ever purchase another home!

As a first time home buyer, my wife and I were pleasantly pleased and surprised with the entire home mortgage process. While we were proactive and diligent in submitting any required paperwork, from the time our purchase agreement was signed on July 2nd, it only took until July 25th for our home closing to be completed. Rocket Mortgage exceeded our expectations, and as we look ahead to the repayment process, it appears equally simple, personalized and transparent. Well done, considering both the online experience as well as the brokers who ushered us through the process.

Everyone knows that buying a house is very stressful. It certainly was for me. Working with Quicken Loans was no different except when things got tough, and I was frustrated and confused I could always call or email and get the answers I needed. Someone always got back to me in a timely manner on my message board. Their website is also fantastic! Everything is there. All information provided by me or Quicken Loans is posted right there. Any information that needed to be sent in was right there on the to-do list. It was easy to keep track of everything. It is a pleasure for me to write this review. We closed on our house 7/23/18 and couldn't be happier!

Using Rocket Mortgage was the best decision I made during my home buying process. They were constantly checking up on me, and letting me know when I needed to turn something in, or if anything changed. Being a first time home buyer they really helped make sure I was doing everything I needed to in order to complete my purchase. I couldn't thank them enough for their attention to detail, attention to me, and overall process.

By far, Rocket Mortgage is the easiest way to obtain a new mortgage. I felt like I was their only customer the entire way in obtaining a new mortgage. Adam Howard and Jilian Jakobik made the process so easy, always a prompt acknowledgement of my documents received, or a friendly phone call to remind me that more info is needed. I closed on my new loan within 32 days. If I could rate my experience I'd give them a 10 out of 10.

We enjoyed every aspect of the mortgage process with Quicken. Our mortgage banker, Pamela Hightower, was honest, thorough and genuinely pleasant so our trust was earned quickly. We started working with a local mortgage company with questionable ethics and integrity. We’re so glad we decided to work with Quicken instead!

As we went through the process, the management by our loan officer, Brandon Adkins, was superb and communication was clear with fast responses. It didn’t feel like we were dealing with anyone virtual because the prompt attention to detail was excellent. Our entire process took just over 30 days, and closing was quick and painless. I would absolutely suggest Quicken and the Rocket Mortgage process to anyone. Very satisfied with service and loan terms.

Being able to accomplish everything online except the final signing of the mortgage loan was a big plus, very convenient. The portal that they use to communicate and upload all documents requested is set up very well and is easy to use.

I think the only thing that I didn't like was that both owners (like husband and wife) have to set up individual portals and then end up having to upload all the same documents on each portal. There must be a whole lot of duplicates. It would be much better to just have it as one portal asking for all the husband and wife shared documents (joint tax returns, joint bank statements...) and then ask for anything that might be individual to the husband or wife be uploaded singly to the portal.

The process was very good overall, and I would consider working with Rocket Mortgage again in the future if the need arose.

Quicken is great. They are so responsive to each and every question you have. They take the time to make sure your questions are answered, they are thorough, and they make the entire process very easy. The closing was so quick and seamless. I have used them three times and will use them again if I have to. Thank you Quicken!
