I had a great experience with a great Customer Service Rep (Carley Born). Carley was so knowledgeable and helped me every step of the way to make sure my refi went smoothly and quickly. Carley is a GREAT asset to Quicken Loans, and I would highly recommend her to everyone I know!
My daughter and her husband, however, have had a totally different experience with Quicken Loans than I did. I was unaware that they were considering a refi on their home or I would have recommended Carley to help them for sure! They have had so many problems and many days of unanswered questions. They have provided everything that was asked of them promptly and have had to email their rep several times asking what the status of their loan is. They keep getting the same answer - "we’re working on it" or "Now we need more documents from you." Most of the time it is due to their rep documenting the wrong info, not the info my daughter is providing to her. Their rep should be contacting them immediately with status, not waiting for them to contact her!
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
